So I bring my Jetski battery into auto zone last week asking if they can test and charge and instantly without even checking it the guy tells me sorry can’t do that battery just have to buy a new one; so I asked the cost knowing it should only be $50-$70 and he comes back with a $110 battery so I told him no thanks. Went to advanced; tested it, looked it up and did quick research on it and then gave me the test results stating it needs to be charged and charged it for me. Moral of the story: go to advanced auto parts across the street. They take their time with customers where everyone in auto zone feels like they’re being forced to work against their will.

The staff at this store are exceptional. There were numerous issues installing a battery in my vehicle, mostly due to the compact engine compartment. The guys did everything possible to correct each issue as it arose, going above and beyond to make sure everything was set and safe to go on my way. They were calm and well informed, keeping my sanity and the repair as the priority. They were apologetic for the time it was taking when I should been apologetic for what they had to go through. Thank you very much! PS - You dont have to take the nut completely off the battery hold-down bracket in order to get it off! Learned the hard way today.

Horrible. 10:30 am arrived to pick up and party they had in stock. As they told me over the phone. To find out it was just off of their delivery truck, at the bottom of an inventory delivery, still on the pallet, wrapped in plastic and seran wrap. That it would take about, or at least two hours before they get to it. "Come back in 2 hours they said". I call at 3 pm. Its still at the bottom, the stock is still wrapped, and no one has been able to get to it. My car apart leaking Trans fluid, meanwhile I was patiently waiting. This phone call ended with the result that, they might get to it by "tonight" or "next day" horrible service. Horrible.

The customer service representative was very helpful and performed a battery test on my car. He was able to tell me what I needed to purchase as a replacement battery. Unfortunately, they told me they couldnt install the battery as a result of its placement but it was a regular install so I dont know why that was an issue.

Its a decent place with friendly staff. Good for the basic stuff you need in a hurry. They have a decent selection of parts, but they have been out of stock on numerous occasions. That said, they can usually have the part(s) delivered to the store in a few days, if you can wait.

Installed a new battery and nothing but problems since then. Connections have been loosened and are now causing a short in the circuit. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone!
