We spent a TON of money in this place having documentation notarized (and mailed) for our Caribbean wedding. The guy who works here is absolutely miserable. He questioned the reason for having to notarize each document (to which I responded by showing him the government requirements that we were given). Furthermore, he was being paid for each document he notarized, so youd think he would have been happy to do it. Regardless, we will not be using this location again for anything! After our experience, we spoke to several others who had the same bad experience at this location. Right up the street in the West Shore Plaza is Mail Boxes, Etc. They are FABULOUS and we used their services when we found we had to send additional documents. They were friendly and happy to help. I would highly encourage you to work with them for ALL your needs rather than this guy.

Ive gone in this place several times and each time I hold my breath in anticipation of how poorly I will be treated. The guy (owner) is gruff at best, very rude at his worst and once berated me for not having cash for a $3 transaction. I handed him my debit card and he just struggled his shoulders and barked "no". He then proceeded to tell me that I need to carry cash and couldnt believe it when I questioned the need for cash given that we live in a near cashless society. hes awful and his assistant is almost as bad. shes very dismissive and not helpful at all. Although Ive last been in there over a yr ago Im online looking for notary services and this clowns business popped up. NO THANKS.

Have to agree with other reviews about this store. Came in with a pre-paid shipping package, however I needed the packing slip taped to the front. I gave him the package and asked if he had tape for the slip. He said yes and said he could do it it for $.50. Thought he was joking....he wasnt. I did not have change and asked if I could use a credit card (given I had no other form of payment). He chuckled and said "I cant....I wont process that little on a card." He then asked me to check my car for change. Theres another store not far away. Will be going there from now on.

I read the reviews and was a bit scared to even go into this place, but I NEEDED to ship something before places closed and this was the closest store. I summoned my courage expecting to be yelled at for my shipping inexperience, due to the reviews, and to my surprise the gentleman working was very pleasant and helped me greatly. He does have that sort of gruff demeanor but smiled and did a fantastic job. I really hope everyone didnt slam his shop with bad comments just because hes not an ass kisser.. will definitely ship from there again.

HORRIBLE customer service. I had read the poor reviews but went because the reviews were old and it was close. The guy (Don) really is rude as all the other reviews state. He made me feel stupid for making a mistake on a form I needed notarized. It felt like he was annoyed at me for being in his store. Not sure how this guy is still in business... Ill never go back. I would encourage everyone to avoid this place.

Guy is very rude and arrogant. Charges $0.50 to tape up a box (typically free at UPS stores). Apparently UPS does not reimburse him for tape and the loss of a $4.00 tape/month will take away food from his starving family. He doesnt realize the goodwill of providing good customer service will outweigh the cost of tape. Never ever going there again - his loss.

The guy that was running this store as of 12/14/10 is kind of a jerk. When I came in, he was giving an older couple a hard time about shipping Christmas presents, and then he treated me like I had sprouted a second head when I asked if UPS offered any special handling for delicate items. Ill gladly find another place to ship my packages from now on.

Excellent, friendly service! I estimated the shipping cost on the UPS website for my large box, with weight and dimensions. The quote I was given was almost spot on with my estimate- unlike Mail Room etc. up the road who quoted me $35 higher for the UPS shipping service. I highly recommend coming here. Thanks!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE people person. The guy that is always here is angry at you for even coming in and treats you like a criminal with his attitude. I go miles away from him to another store just to get friendly people. Really a shame.

In one word it was awful. I walked in expecting decent service, but received rude service from a rude man. He criticized me in a rude manner then told to me to leave (because it was prepaid). The experience was very bad and I was happy to leave.

THE FELLOW WAS NOT A GOOD PEOPLE PERSON. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED! I GO THERE ONLY WHEN I HAVE TO! I WOULD RATHER GO TO THE POST OFFICE OR SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOUR RATES ARE NOT THAT GOOD THERE.
