Speedy Graphics Scam Artist. Read more... "A sign that will set our business apart from all other businesss, Are you kidding me?!!!" So Miriam Rosenblat owner of Speedy Graphics walks into our business and request to barter our service in exchange for her graphics design service. We agreed to barter with her and she proceeds to measures the dimensions on our entrance glass door for our sign. She says she will ship me a sign that will set our business apart from all other businesss a 24" x 14" according to her measurements. The sign will include our store name and hours of operation she also assures that her projects are done right the first time. Then Miriam asked me when will her end of the deal be finished? When I told her she said she will have to ship our sign from Maryland and it will not be ready at the same time, at that moment I agreed for her to take her items and then ship our sign when it was ready. However my wife said it would be better if she paid her service first since our signs were not going to be ready at the same time as was originally agreed, then we would pay for our sign when it arrived. When I called Miriam to explain how my wife wanted her to pay for her service then we would pay for ours Miriam got visibly upset and insisted on credit card payment. I made the mistake to appease Miriam and told her I would pay via credit card before the Item arrived, Again I told my wife about Miriams reaction, my wife got suspicious about Miriams insistence on getting payed before the sign arrived. This time when I told Miriam that my wife wanted to pay when she received the sign just like Miriam payed for her items when she received our service, she really let me have it, saying that we dont know how to conduct business and that in Miriams words she was going to "blast us on Google" if we dont pay. But at this point Im like whatever, let us just receive the sign and we will show her we have no ill intent. Now the real fun starts! about a week later Miriam calls us and starts accusing us of refusing the package and how she new we were untrustworthy and again how she was going to Blast Us on Google. I did some research with the tracking # and found out that the fed ex records indicated that the package never arrive to our destination and in fact it was still in Maryland. when I showed her this evidence, Miriam did apologized. Four days later however the package arrived. When I pulled out sign, the sign that was going to set us apart from all other businesses. The sign Miriam assured us will be done right the first time. The sign that was suppose to be 24" X 14". Was actually no bigger than a 10x8 sheet of notebook paper. Then 2 days later she calls me wondering why payment hasnt been sent. Repeating the same thing how she new we were not going to pay and how she was going to blast us and so on, When she finally gave me the opportunity to explain why payment was not sent she said that it was besides the point because of all the changes we made to the original agreement of barter and that it was to late, then accused me of actually having the sign up on our door even though we hadnt payed. I told her we would not have that sign on our door and that it will be in the mail back to her. Our $10.00 Office Max sign does a whole lot more for our business that the sign Miriam From Speedy Graphics sent us.

With a last minute job and a specialty need for a specific type of paper and a need for high quality printing, the staff at speedy graphic did more then just "do the job" they also did it with speed and attention to detail. the need for speed didnt compromise the quality of the job and the customer service was impeccable.
