Sunset is a discount grocery store. You need to watch for expiration dates and quantity/serving size. Often times a regular grocery store is cheaper per ounce than the serving sizes sunset has in stock. For as long as I can remember they falsely advertise many items as "Fresh" - but dont be fooled. The deli counter is the best part of the store however I believe its owned and operated by an outside company.

I love Sunset Grocery Outlet! As Bob Smith always tells me and other customers, "You get bargains by the bagful!" The employees are super friendly, great bargains and prices are low throughout the store! The lunch meat counter is as fresh as you can get! And, greeting cards are 3 for $1.00! Stop by and tell them Kim sent you!

Discount Food Market independently owned easy access in and out friendly staff. Highlight is a good little snack bar in the center of the building carry out eating food Subs wraps soups. Good quality for the money inexpensive. Highly recommend the snack bar for a quick cheap bite to eat

I was just at Sunset Grocery Outlet and want to tell anyone that will listen as to what a dumb that place is. Every where I looked was outdated food items on every shelf. BEWARE - look at the dates before you buy. This should not be allowed.

The service here is amazing wheter you are getting sandwhichs or headed to the deli or just getting everyday groceries. I worked here for quite a few years and I can honestly say that I never worked for a better establishment.
