Every time i have gone in there, there are the same 3 workers who take forever to make the drinks due to them talking. There was only one lady making drinks while 2 others took a break, but before doing so made themselves a drink. After continuously waiting 10 minutes for a coffee when there are only 2 people waiting in line, i can definitely say that i am not going back to that location.

Baristas are for the most part friendly, some are a bit off or inexperienced, but if you ask them to correct the problem, they will do so without too much guff. Its not too fair to rate a Starbucks on food, it is not made on site. Everytime I do buy a pastry or other food from here, though, it is fresh. Great location for a quiet gathering or to be alone, its never loud.

Awful customer service. Location is nice but the baristas are worthless. They flat out refuse to make drinks you order. When they do make your beverage, you get to witness their conversations and dismissive attitudes towards the customers. This staff thinks they are fun and funny. I view them as incompetent and wasteful of the paying customers time.

After 2 years of going to many different franchises and getting the same drink made differently, I will only go to this location. Stephen and John are amazing and ALWAYS make my drink perfectly, everyone here is always kind, always on point and I wont go anywhere else. Awesome job guys

Very nice baristas working there! I left my purse there by accident and they took good care of it until I could pick it up. Very trustworthy responsible people work there. Ashley was very helpful. Really great Starbucks location!

Great experience today at the lansdale Starbucks the staff was wonderful and they were helpful while I was deciding on a drink. Once my caramel macchiato was finished I left with a smile. Thanks guys :)

Hands down the best staff. They remember me not only by name, but by order to the number of hazelnut pumps I get in my coffee. I honestly go out of my way just to go to this Starbucks.

Service here can be very hit or miss. They are some times short staffed and the baristas will openly complain about it. Nice outdoor seating, bathrooms are generally clean.

Tiny location, but it comfy for work! Outdoor seating, bar seats, friendly staff, & being in the heart of Lansdale - you cant beat it! Perfect place for the warmer months.
