What a DISGUSTING mess! The place is run down and filthy. Sorely in need of a remodel/sprucing up and a lesson in sanitation. You could eat cleaner by the dumpster. There were no customers when we entered, but EVERY table was dirty, a mess all over, and everything looks like it should be cleaned, refinished, or replaced. Two open metal trash cans like you would have in your driveway are placed at the entrance. The workers look a mess. As I went in to restroom to wash my hands, an employee was walking out from the bathroom tucking in shirt and zipping his fly. Even if he did wash his hands, which it doubt he did, he was still grabbing the door handle. And of course, he went right back to prepping and handling food afterwards. Years ago, we went there regularly Sad to see how bad its gotten..Close this place down now before they spread who knows what. .

Update as of 6/4/2013: sadly I had to go here and grab lunch.Im currently staring at a "Chicken caesar salad" with not a single piece of chicken in it....this place is a joke. I visit this place everyday...not anymore. I DREAD GOING HERE as the service is so pathetically bad. Now I cant stand it any more, especially when coupled with the fact that they consistently get my order wrong and if they Do get it right theyre incredibly stingy with the cream cheese. This mornings experience consisted of waiting whilst 2 women behind the counter finished bitching about a third and being handed a bagel with so little cream cheese it doesnt even cover one side.

I bought a dozen bagels. They were probably missing an ingredient as they were basically hollow. When I returned them in an Einsteins plastic bag, the manager asks me if I had a receipt. No exchange or refund. Never going to that place again.

OK- so the bagels are good however the shop is dirty and the womens bathroom is a mess. I have been in this shop many times and reported the horrible smell, dirt, and bugs in bathroom but as of last week it is no better. Why? Disgusting

Great bagel selection. They actually toast their bagel for you so its slightly brown with a bit of a crunch unlike a lot of bagelries that say theyre "toasting" your bagel and really they just warm it. Staff is always very friendly.

My regular stop for breakfast - great egg sandwiches, but I mainly go for the awesome, friendly, attentive staff. I almost always get breakfast to go, but the cafe seems clean, and theres outdoor seating, but its often full.

WHY are there not more Einstein bagels! This place is wonderful. The staff is very fast. $7 Mondays - Bakers Dozen Bagels (fav thing to do!). I love their coffee too! Located in a fantastic shopping center too.

Often crowded, and a little poorly laid out. The staff alternate between friendly and aloof. Clientele often rude or clueless. Ive seen a lot of ladies cutting in line because "I just need a cup of coffee."

I drive 30 minutes for my Einstein experience. It is worth every minute. The staff is pleasant, helpful and courteous. The bagels are delicious and the rotating menu makes each trip a delightful surprise.

I drove 15 mins to pickup some bagels for breakfast, they do have almost all spread of menu, they so have a half dozen special. Few of them arent that well baked.!
