Horrible experience over all! I will never purchase flowers from here again. Not only over priced but service was beyond terrible. I came in to purchase a half dozen roses, was told it would take 20 to 30 mins to assemble and that they will call me as soon as theyre done. About 45 mins afterwards with no phone call I decided to come in and was asked several times if I was being helped, which I replied "Just waiting to pick up my order". After another 20 mins I was asked what exactly I was waiting for, finally I was taken care of after an hour and a half and was given the wrong half dozen roses. Quickly they rushed to find the roses I had picked out and handed them to me along with an apology. Go to any other florist or grocery store before ever purchasing flowers from Genuardi florist!

I walked in after hitting a couple other stops, looking for grab and go bunch of flowers--like I would/could get at Weis. When I said I wanted to spend $10, I thought Id get a cute little bunch of flowers. The girl gave me sad "filler" flowers and actually pulled OUT a couple cute ones that I had chosen from the bunch--right in front of me! I was insulted. Rather than discuss, she treated me like I was too stupid to notice and shame on me--I had to run so I did not bicker. Then she had the gall to charge me more $$. I should have walked out and left it there. Cheap place, cheap decor, clearly not looking to build a customer base. Bad manners. As often as I go to Rays, CVS and the state store, I will never go into this cheap place again and will tell everyone I know.

My husband wanted to make my birthday special by sending me flowers. He ordered them from 1-800-flowers and they used genuardis florist because thats what the card read. Hellas extremely disappointed when he saw them. He said they looked nothing like the picture, and for what he paid he couldnt believe what they sent. The arrangement looked like it was picked and put together by in 5 minutes, with wilted flowers and weeds. For $25 he could have went to the local grocery store, but he paid $69 for a very sad arrangement. I am not one to complain, but even I was shocked he paid that much for the mess that arrived at my door. Sad to say I will not be using 1 800 flowers again OR Genuardi florist since I clearly got a look at their lack luster work. T.S.

We called while visiting from out of town to request an arrangement and received excellent prompt service. We were just coming through the area and did not know anyone. The request was for an arrangement to be made to be picked up in 15 minutes. We didnt know if we were going to be able to get this done, but the woman who answered the phone said "no problem" and produced a wonderful arrangement on short notice. I saw the several negative reviews earlier. I can only suspect that there was different ownership at that time. The service we received was nothing less than excellent.

I utilized the services of Genuardi Florist to have a Sympathy Flower arrangement to be delivered to the church for the funeral services. Haveing never had done this before, I entrusted this florist to create an arrangement appropriate for the occasion and did not give any direction. The arrangement was beautiful, all the flowers were open and healthy and beautifully chosen and arranged. Genardi Florist really helped take the guess work out of the whole process by creating a beautiful arrangement and delivering it. Thank you for your help!

Talk about a flower arrangeMESS! My husband sent flowers via 1800flowers. The flowers were delivered by Genuardi "Florist". Beyond disappointing! My husband said that the flowers looked nothing like what he had picked on-line and could not believe what was delivered. Genuardi "Florist" passed off a puny arrangeMESS of 5 small flowers, 3 springs of babies breath, and a vase that looked like it came from the dollar store. Grand total $90! Will never use Genuardi "Florist" nor 1800flowers again.

Just saved my unprepared a$$ on Valentines Day with a dozen beautiful roses in a vase. I just walked in with no order, no appointment and left with something gorgeous for my wife. I expected to leave with nothing. The price was very reasonable. I live in the city and something this nice would have cost at least $40-50 more Thank you to the courteous and professional staff. This place is aces.

i ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day. Usually I call and speak to the florist, but this time I used the web site. Never again. Not only did they look nothing like what I expected, but there were absolutely no roses in the arrangement, which is why I picked this arrangement in the first place.

The staff was quite marvelous and the prices seemed to be quite accurate for the quality of the gorgeous bouquet I acquired. Tip of the cap to a wonderful organization.

I tipped them $30 bucks before they made the flowers for my wedding. What a huge mistake. Not only did they get the order wrong (who orders 20 corsages???), but the flowers were wilted. I was disappointed to say the least. Its been ten months since my wedding and I am still upset about this.

SO RUDE! I cant believe how rude and horrible the service is. I almost couldnt believe it. On top of that the flowers were not good and were very expensive. Never coming back here again. Expensive ugly flowers with little selection. Im still outraged.
