I called this morning (well, 8 AM on the West Coast, 11AM in PA) for a last minute birthday bouquet for my sister. She works at a local high school and Valerie (whom I spoke with on the phone) was so helpful/accommodating, she even knew what time school let out and told me should could deliver before then! Two hours later my sister had a beautiful bouquet and a lovely note. Thanks for helping me make my sisters bday brighter, even if Im all the way in SF!

I had to get a flower/plant for a sick friend of the family. Kathy helped me out over the phone with suggestions til we got it right. In fact, she assured me that within a half hour of my call, they had another shipment going over to the hospital. Very easy to work with and would/will use again. Especially when in a jam.
