DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I decided to try another Optician with more glasses selection for my son to choose from. It was a complete waste of time and my insurance payment. Dr. didnt care to take the time to make sure he could see properly. My son left with an improper Rx way too high for his eyes and they failed to notice my sons astigmatism. Went back to our old place and ended up GLADLY paying out of pocket for a proper eye exam with a Dr. who took the time to make sure my son has the right glasses. At vision works my son wasnt a person who needed to see better, but he was just another number.

Our doctor "Dr. Wright" was very rude and condescending. If you schedule an appointment for this location - Id request a different doctor. Ill change my review/star rating after we try another doctor. Everything else was fine - the rest of the staff was nice - except for Dr. Wright. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but there were numerous comments made throughout the visit.

If I could rate you a zero I would. You guys were rude, and DID NOT take care of my father and vision. You guys are THE WORST eye doctors around here. You guys are the reason my father is dead. I stongly hate the eye doctor who saw him that day. You will be hearing from me again .

Omg.. so 2xs this place called me to say they had to reschedule me! The 1st time they said the Dr wants to leave early, then the 2nd time they said bc the Dr doesnt want to do a contact exam at that time...
