The doctor himself is very friendly and professional, and I have no complaints about the eye exam. I would recommend going to him for your prescription and then getting a copy to have it filled online. The frames there are overpriced and many are of poor quality. There is a warranty on the frames, but that doesnt help you if the replacements keep breaking (as ours did); the warranty is only good from the date of the original purchase.

Given that there was only 1 doctor in the office, the wait time was extremely long. We waited an hour to be seen by him. The doctor was also impatient, and always asked us to hastily make a choice for the glasses frame. Questions about insurance coverage for those frames were not answered thoroughly. Also, the front desk staff was on their phone checing social media during check-in and check-out, (very unprofessional).

Absolutely appalled with their service. Was quoted a reasonable price and charged more than double the amount. Under no circumstances trust the prices they quote. An absolutely terrible experience with dishonest people.

Definitely not a good place to go with your kids, the doctor was rude to us in several occasions and did not apologize. So sad.
