I go here almost daily. Its an OK supermarket which will have most basics that you need. The service is generally pretty poor. There is always a long line at customer service. Prices on non-sale items are high. At least its open 24 hours. I do my regular shopping elsewhere, but for small sale items it does the trick. Their pizza is terrible. The sauce is awful, the cheese is awful, and it takes 25 minutes when I can usually get one delivered in 15. Also, when you call to order, it usually takes several minutes to get the right person. Their bacon egg and cheese for $2.50 is a steal, but only available from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. and you often have to work hard to find someone to make it for you. I do like their pharmacy. The night manager is very nice and friendly. Im trying to figure out why its such a struggle to get them to make me a bacon egg and cheese in the morning. This is an item that they make fresh every day. Yet, everyday you have to struggle to find someone to make it and then he or she has to fight with someone else to decide whos actually going to do it. Then, they have to take a trip to the dairy section to get eggs before they can even make it. If this is an item that they make on a daily basis to order then why dont they have the egg is ready and why isnt somebody there to do it? Typical of this store.

Parking reserved for Associate of the Year and Associate of the Month? As close to the entrance as possible? These two should park as far away from the main entrance as possible! These spots should be reserved for customers. If you want to keep me as a customer please change these two spots back the way they were. Alternatively, make these spots for handycap, pregnant women or shoppers with toddlers. Reserving the spots for a celebrated employees is not serving your customers. I would love to know who the genius is that came up with this idea.

Everytime I go there theres only one or two check out lanes open and I usually go around lunch time or dinner time thats when you need more lanes opened. The last time I was there the bagger put two 2L sodas in a bag and didnt double bag it so when I got to the car the bag broke and my soda rolled away. And sometimes they forget to scan your coupons and when you say something bout it they give you an attitude.

Absolutely filthy! Disgusting cafe area which should be for the customers but turns into the angry zombie employees break room.. smh.. they have a fake cleaning crew (1 zombie) walk around and scan bar codes that are in the cafe area and bathroom.. this should mean that they cleaned the area but instead they do a scan and run leaving the room looking like something out of the movie Saw

I like this Giant location for my weekly grocery shopping. I recommend getting a freshly made sandwich at the deli because the portions are similar to what you would get at Katzs in NYC. The produce section could use some improvement. For example, they dont have basic things like green onions or they will have just a couple pieces of ginger root to choose from with poor quality.

Dirty food never stock full safety cardboard. On middle on floor they cant cook chicken always bloody. And steam table nasty burn n dry whole chicken. Not full. Cook. gaint need to go I go other gaint oh my god clean it perfect . Food price gd. Sometimes this nasty gaint bathroom stink never look clean. All this stuff in middle. Of floor to crowd cant walk

Theyve changed ownership so many times over the years and are constantly changing management and interior designs that the place never feels the same visit-to-visit. At times this is good but at times they go over the top.

Decent salad bar and the hot good is great for lunch for work. They are pleasant and helpful at the deli, and you can find almost anything you need in the store, but the prices are a LITTLE higher than most stores.

The grocery store layout is easy to navigate and the aisles are usually clean. The fruit/vegetables arent the freshest, but theyre good enough. The pharmacy at this location is quite bad.

Giant is reasonably priced with great sales. Most of the staff is helpful. I did have one bad experience at the seafood section. All in all, the good has outweighed the negative.

This grocery store is closer than Wegmans to me, and a better selection than target on groceries. I also like the fact its 24 hours.
