I love shopping at the Hershey Outlets. Its usually myself , my 2 daughters & my grandson. The stores are Childrens Place , Banana Republic , Gap , Carters , Janie & Jack , Disney Store The employees are always so helpful. The lady at the Janie & Jack store was especially NICE. She was having a conversation with my 3 yr old grandson. He was actually talking with her. Telling him about his hat , she got a mirror out to show him how he looked. He loved it. She cut the tag off so he could wear it that day. She was talking to him about other things. He was telling her he was going to get his Rhino. Its people like that ,that make it a great shopping day. THANKS!!

Whenever my husband and I go out to PA to visit with our daughter and family, our first stop is Hershey Outlets. Coach is my first and favorite stop there. I cannot tell you how wonderful all the employees are, specially john. He is friendly and warm and helpful and a true asset to coach. Always greets with a smile as do the others. The other shops are just as terrific and my second favorite is Starbucks, where I can go to after visiting and shopping at all the other shops. Wish Hershey Outlets were closer, It is three (3) hours from my home in New Jersey, but worth the time and energy to get there. Love Hershey Outlets!!!!

The outlets customer service is great. They help you find ways to save at its stores. You can sign up for free coupons through the mail or obtain a coupon booklet at customer service, which is free to AAA or AARP members. They update you when specials are going on. They have a coffee shop, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Wendys and Red Robin for food options. The setup of stores is nice. Its one big circle with parking in ther middle. There is a small playground for young kids. It would be nice if a vending area was near the playground although there are vending machines in a couple locations on the property.

Great stores with some great deals. The only issue was with the Tanger gift cards (not store-specific cards, but the gift cards offered by Tanger that supposedly can be used at any of the stores in the development). They cant be used at stores unless you have a physical gift card (not just a gift card code on your phone). Spent 10-15 minutes extra per store trying to checkout, and eventually just paid using my credit card. I would recommend bypassing Tanger and get gift cards for specific stores. Not worth the stress (and potential embarrassment) of the Tanger ones not working.

My sister and I were in Hershey PA this week and visited the Tanger Outlets. The stores were all nice and clean and most of the employees were friendly and helpful. It always amazes me that the prices are as high as the regular stores. The coupon books are not extremely helpful unless you are spending large amounts in most stores. The Disney store was having a great sale and it tickled me when I left the store the girl working told me to have a magical day [which is what they tell you at Disney]. Nice touch. Over all great place to go and look around.

The Hershey Tanger Outlet Center is welcoming for shoppers of all ages. While the kids are at Hersheypark with dad, mom can shop to her hearts content for great values and eat/drink at Starbucks and Subway within the center. There is a wide variety of clothing and accessories from high-end Coach to Old Navy. The Outlets are close to The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Gardens, Giant Center, and Troegs Brewery - all on Hersheypark Drive. The Outlets are a destination in their own right and can be visited before and after other activities nearby.

Ive got to say, for an outlet center, this place is pretty damn expensive! I thought the whole idea behind this concept was lower prices, guess not! If you can catch a holiday sale, and be there very early in the morning, you will save a few bucks. But go on any normal, non holiday, and you will pay just as much as you do in the regular locations. The Starbucks in this location, for some reason, charges me nearly two dollars more for the same exact items that I get from any place else. Why is that? Its nothing special honestly.

Located right down the road from hershey park. You will find a starbucks and subway for your food and drink needs. They have a coach outlet, under armour outlet, American eagle , yankee candle and Carters outlet stores to name a few. There are bathrooms located on the disney store side of the outlet and many drink vending machines. There is for the most part plenty of parking spaces especially plug ins for the electric cars. There is a office located by a leather store if you have any questions.

I really enjoyed walking around the mall. The Childrens Place and Disney Stores had the best prices on things. I found that many of the other stores were very overpriced for their items. One store I believe it was Nine West the girls that were working were not overly polite and snickered at us as we left the store. Otherwise I really enjoyed the Tanger Outlet here in Hershey. The coupons I received were not very helpful because you had to spend a lot to use them.

I have always enjoyed the layout of the outlet, and the proximity to my home and other Hershey attractions. But, many if the stores I enjoyed are gone, and the AAA discounts have decreased dramatically. Most of the items we are looking for can be found at regular retail stores, so the outlet format has lost its novelty and appeal. Only occasionally do I feel like I have struck a real bargain.

The Hershey Tanger outlet mall has recently changed its business model to become a "hybrid of outlet and retail" as one of the sales people tried to put it to me. The two clearance racks in the back of each store is considered the "outlet" part of it. The racks are usually quite picked through. Expect to pay top dollar for the other 90 percent of the merchandise of most of the stores now.

Perhaps three-and-a-half stars is more accurate. I have to admit that prices at the "outlets" are not as low as you might expect. However, it is easy to get to and has a good variety of shops. You still need to be a savvy shopper as great deals are here but must be found. Starbucks is a nice addition, and other food options are nearby by car.

I live close by so I go often. I wouldnt travel more than a half hour for these outlets, alone. I would for the Lancaster one. But if you are coming to Hershey for any other reason...the amusement park, chocolate world, a show at the theatre or Giant Center, the medical center, or visiting Harrisburg....you definitely want to stop by!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Tanger Outlets especially their Tanger Club. The $10 lifetime fee is worth it because this past year for my birthday I received 2 $15 off coupons for Nine West Outlet & Tommy Hilfinger stores. There are Tanger Outlets in many states with each having their own stores so no matter where you are you can shop and save.
