After living here for so long, this place gets kind of boring. Many stores get closed down most likely because they cant pay for their lot, and other stores hike up their prices because of how much it costs to keep their place. Especially the FYE, the prices are outrageous (t shirts and pokemon stuffed animals are crazy expensive, and they got rid of a lot of the music in their stock.) The mall is a nice place to hang out though, and its a good time passer.

Liked it at first "BUT" I have been waiting on a phone cover for over 6 weeks which was my choice for my $25 in store credit for my purchase. They also have false info about deposit returns. They will tell you you get the return in 4 weeks when the truth is it takes 13 months. I also had big problems getting my mail in rebate. And Sprint customer service is absolutley useless. So phone and phone service not too bad, "BUT" customer service gets an F+!

What do you expect from a small mall? King of Prussia quality service. No... you get your large time stores and small business that will invest in the space offered. Its a small mall with out of date shops and segmentation in spots that were open in a whole connected mall... they are slowly modernizing the place to attract more out of state visitors while still remaining on local focus because thats where the profit is.

The Verizon store in the mall here screwed me and my mom over so bad. They literally manipulated us into believing that if I upgraded my phone I wouldnt have to pay anything because of some imaginary discount of $20 per month that I never ended up getting, and there was nothing Verizon could do because they are a "retailer" and can basically do whatever they want... Including lie to customers apparently.

Theyre planning on turning it into a strip mall in a few years - which they should have done a long time ago considering the amount of traffic they dont get year-round. Service can be mediocre at most shops and a lot of the stores they do have can be pricey. If you want to shop until you drop, dont go to LVM. I suggest Park City, King of Prussia or Capital City.

Not many options of stores to choose from, they do not have a food court like most malls ( subway, DQ, a pizza shop and auntie annes pretzels). It is convient if you need something from a store the mall has otherwise you will be driving to Lancaster, Harrisburg or Reading to go to there malls.

Not enough stores that I enjoy to make me want to visit there often. Sadly, the only reasons I go are if the Easter bunny or Santa clause are there, I am in the mood for Mancinos, or I nerd to go to Boscovs. Otherwise, I would rather drive to Harrisburg, Park city, or Reading.

The anchors are Boscovs, Hobby Lobby and Regal Cinemas. Despite the effects of online shopping, this mall is mostly filled. It also has an excellent pizzeria restaurant called Mancinos. It is clean, safe and had ample parking and accessibility.

Great place to do a little shopping and grab a bite too eat. Also State Representative Russ Diamonds office is located in the mall, when You need help with many issues and or Youd like to pass an idea on to Him or His staff.

For such a small mall, it has most of what I want in a large mall. Nice movie theater with stadium seating, a large department store, several other shoe & clothing stores, sporting goods stores & a few decent food choices.

There are too many sports stores/sports memorabilia stores.. the only 2 or 3 stores worth checking out..maybe Boscovs, Game Stop, and Auntie Anns.. there isnt anything exciting or happening at the valley mall.

Absolutely the saddest excuse for a mall I have ever seen. The only store I like in the whole mall is boscovs. Most of the stores are sitting empty, take the 45 minute drive to park city mall.

Boscovs is located at this mall nut it is the only big box store in this mall. Other stores are Victorias Secret, Gnc Fitness, Hobby Lobby, a discount store Price Rite, and a movie theater.

Hardly should be called a mall. Most stores, and there are very few of them, are for females or sports enthusiasts. Nothing to see here. Go to Park City in Lancaster instead.

I love the pizza shop & subway. I go to the mall mostly for Boscovs. Its clean every time Im there. Just sad how its not as busy throughout the year like it used to be.

Mall gift cards not accepted at all retailers, instead of retail stores, some spaces are taken by offices. Retailers here are a bit odd, not mainstream.
