Couldnt agree more with most of the users about jason. i was willing to drive 2 hours to pick up a part and jason Would rather lose a $300 dollar sale rather than have someone verify a part number on the actual part before I wasted my time driving there. Great job jason

I prepaid the part with a credit card, I travelled all the way from Philadelphia to pick it up and then I was unpleasantly surprised when these guys brought me a completely different part. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. Do not buy and stay away.

Ordered a wheel sight unseen. Got a great price, wheel shipped fast to my home and came very well packed. As an added bonus, it was in better condition than expected. In my encounter with them, the people I interacted with were quite pleasant. Thanks!

I agree. Called them on a part listed on an internet parts search network. Told me he didnt have it. I said "You have it listed, thats why I called" Was told "I know my inventory and I am telling you I dont have it!" ... Then hung up on me. Rude...

Hazel auto parts use to be the best place for auto parts... In the past 2 years, I have called for numerous automobiles. They never have the part anymore.. Over 10 different autos and NO.

Very rude on the phones unprofessionals and give prices then upcharge you when you arrive to pick you item up, buyers beware!
