Ive been going to Rob for a few months and could not be happier with his work. Im from Reading and have gotten work done at a few shops all around the area and not been 100% happy with any of them. I am very picky, but tattoos are permanent and I want something Im proud to show off. Im getting a sleeve done and from the start he has been so careful to do something that is not only beautiful and fits my style, but looks great on me. He is friendly and professional and makes me feel very comfortable there. My piece looks amazing so far, both from a technical standpoint and from an artistic one. I have never had an unpleasant moment in this shop, I highly recommend them!

The artist was 2 hours late for my first appointment causing me to be an hour+ late for work. Tipped the guy $100 on my second visit to avoid future problems. He asked for the tip before I could even offer him one!? Then, on my third visit, the artist blew off my appointment to do another client. I would have let it slide but he didnt call to let me know that his plans had changed ( even though he assured me multiple times he would call if something came up). I still have not heard from him and it has been seven days. UNRELIABLE!!!

This shop has it all, incredibly talented and personable artists, a great atmosphere, its extremely clean and covered in beautiful art by the shops artists. I travel from Baltimore to the shop to get tattooed by Rob Diamond because hes one of the best artists Ive had the pleasure of getting work from. Ive recommended the shop to all of my friends and I recommend it to any one who wants a 100% satisfied experience every single time they come in. Im already planning my next trip back.

The first thing that impressed me about this shop was how clean it was... I mean that place looked immaculate. The staff was friendly, and not at all imposing ( unlike some other establishments Ive been to ). As for the work itself, absolutely incredible! I could not be more pleased with my tattoo. I highly recommend Never Say Die to anyone looking to receive an outstanding piece of art.

I have never, ever had a bad experience here. All of the artists and counter help are super polite and professional. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and clean. I have never seen bad work from any of the artists and Ive never had a problem trusting them. Ive also never heard bad things come from anyone else who has been here. EXCELLENT place to get tattooed and/or pierced.

Never Say Die Tattoo is by far the most professional shop I’ve been in. Overall the artists here are very creative and are willing to take your idea to the next level and give you a very impressive tattoo. Rob Diamond has done all of mine, but every other artist here are very skilled as well. You won’t be disappointed with this shop.

they really get you when you give them a deposit... and they have NO mercy whatsoever even when the artist has no time to get back to you at all regarding a scheduled date that you cant make. even if its the artists fault, your deposit is theirs no matter what. make sure you really read that contract before signing it.

Five stars simply isnt enough stars to give this shop and its wonderful crew that makes it the best place to get your pieces done.

Ive been tattooed by both Chuck and Frank and Ive got to say that they were probably the best experiences of all my tattoos. Both artists surpassed my expectations and the shop is one of the best Ive ever been in. Very clean and great atmosphere and an awesome staff!

Had a appoint about 3 weeks out could not do the tattoo due to new job and their policies they dont work with you at all on the deposit even tho you have given plenty of time for them to reschedule the slot

Been going to chuck read since he worked at permanent impressions.. never had a problem.. himself and his crew are the best around..
