Black Label is really great! Before I knew it, I have received 3 tattoos from 3 different artist here haha. I have yet to have a bad experience! The place is clean and the artist are nice and helpful. Matt is my favorite so far, he did my back shoulder peice. If you are thinking about getting tatted here go for it! Its mostly by appointment but walk-ins are accepted if you go in early in the day sometimes. Price range is standard too. There is a lot to choose from in Downtown Frederick but the quality at Black Label is the best in my opinion. Hope this helps!

Got my nose pierced here yesterday by Brooke, and he was amazing. He was 100% professional, friendly, and patient. He made me feel so comfortable and I was in good hands. The piercing was as quick and as painless as possible. I wanted a nose ring, which is more difficult to place, but he did it with ease. Thank you Brooke for your awesome job, Im loving my nose! Come here for any piercings you need. I am also going to return for some old tattoos I need covered :)

My experience couldnt have gone better. Everyone was pleasant to work with and the process was easy. This was my first tattoo and the whole process was explained to me every step of the way. Ive gotten three tattoos done there (including my first one) and I absolutely love them! All of mine have been done by Joshua. They are extremely clean, have been very professional, and the atmosphere in the shop is very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend Black Label to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

Went in to ask if they did tattoos on minors with documented parental consent because I didnt see anything on their site about it. They rudely responded with "no" and quickly dismissed me before I could ask any follow up questions. Talented artists but not worth the trip if that is how they treat customers.
