I always stop by Adidas store whenever I visit Gettysburg. I bought a lot of pairs of shoes for my two sons in last 5 years. I am customer of this store since it was in bigger store here at gettysburg. the running shoes I bought a while ago for my son, has some manufacturer mistake. they were loose where it was pasted. I stopped by to buy another pair. I was curious if we can get this pair repaired. I asked Molly, the manager, What is the way they work with customers in such cases. I ask what is manufacturerS WARRANTY.? She said this was worn that is why it is open. Response was extreemely careless. Extreemely customer unfriendly. and it is senseless. I left the pair my son liked back on shelf and i am leaving the store. I wont shop in this store again. Adidas! Is this your customer satisfaction?

Great employees that care about getting you what you are looking for. If you dont see the size you need on the floor, and they have it in the back, they will get it for you. They strive to provide the best service they can all the time.

Not happy with this store their prices are confusing and stupid, their customer service suck. I made my purchase but Im not coming back for sure. No wonder they downsize they are losing customers.

New Location!!!! They moved down the road to a smaller location that has nothing!!! The old one was one of the greatest stores in the outlets. Now its the worst!!!
