I have a legit service dog. Im not blind or missing a limb, so my issue is not obvious. This evening, front end manager/ supervisor/ mouthy little wannabe, Alyssa Mason, approached me and demanded to "see papers or she was going to throw me out of the store". I told her that they were in the car and checked out. Because I know my legal rights and this girl clearly has no clue about the Americans with Disabilities Act or Pennsylvania state laws about service animals, I was fuming at her abuse. Anyone can buy fake papers on the internet... A business is actually not allowed to make demands. I returned to the store and demanded her name to report the violation. She "bravely" handed me a pre-printed customer comment flyer and ran. The manager gave me her name and I proclaimed loudly that I may sue. I wont, but I want it to be known publicly that this store is mean to people who already have extra stuff to overcome and THATS REALLY WRONG!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They leave fresh fruit by the entrance for kids 10 and under. Also the delivery counter will always give you the first slice to try out your meat or cheese. The seafood counter is very helpful and friendly. Checkout is always pleasant and they try to have baggers whenever possible.

I went to this store and I like it the people were curtious and pleasant and said hello and even had a customer joke with me it was a fun experience I would go there again if I sad in the area since I only shop at Giant

Good and clean store. Open 24 hours. The only thing I miss is lack of staff. Every time I have a question it is not easy to find a store team member. Produce, take out, and bakery departments do not have that problem.

Always decent prices but carts need to be replaced. Woblly wheels on all carts. Please fix. Otherwise great deals on everything. Have shopped here ever since this was Genuardis.
