Horrible! I have been trying for three days to get them to fill a new prescription. They said when I came in on Wednesday it had to be ordered and would be available the following day. So I sent my husband on Wednesday to pick it up and they gave me another script my doctor had ordered THAT day but not the one I had tried to fill on the previous day. Yesterday at 6 pm I called and they said they hadnt even gotten around to ordering it! I guess they forgot. I was told it would be another hour. I have things to do. I do NOT have time to go to pharmacies TWICE in one day to pick up different medications. This will be my third visit to rite aid to pick up the script and I am incredibly angry. I called customer service who talked to the pharmacist who then LIED and said she told me my script was ready for pickup yesterday when I called. THAT is a LIE. I was told it was NOT ready and they hadnt even ordered it. Horrible customer service!

IT WAS HORRIBLE THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE MEAN U CANT STAY IN THE STORE TOO LONG BC THERE IS AN OLD MAN WHO IS THERE AND WILL SCREAM BUY YOUR STUFF AND GET OUT AND ITS DISGUSTING SO YEA MY ADVICE IS GO TO CVS
