People working here dont know anything. They are rude. And they are pure sales people. Thats all. God forbid they try to help you without making a sale. They gave me the wrong phone twice. They gave me a replacement refurbished phone and they counted it as my upgrade!! They lost my information through switching devices. They even gave me The wrong phone. They didnt do much for the note 7 recalls. If I were any of you I would go in there and directly speak to the managers only but watch out because if you ask to speak to a manager they will immediately try to help you then selves (just in case there is commission involved). They make it hard for you to say no I was told by a worker there (his name is roberto) that if I were to purchase any accessories he will get my phone expedited shipping. Mind you the phone was on complete back order. I left the store with my newly purchased accessory thinking I got hooked up. Come to find out. He never even put in the order for me and my phone was never even ordered. I call that scamming. He should have been fired. And he is still working there. What does that have to say about the entire store? There all the same. Every single person in there. There all rude and demanding towards each other. They have horrible customer service. They have horrible techs working that are unbelievably slow and they all avoid you unless they see potential commission in your eyes. They made me go back and fourth from work to there store thinking they were activating my new replacement. And it was the wrong phone. What was I told for being a good person and telling them they had given me the wrong phone (which was alot more expensive) NOTHING. A slap in the face. I was token to come back in another hour for the phone I was suppose to get. On top of that they were of no help when it came to my dads phone dying out either. They ordered him a refurb replacement. And they counted it as his upgrade. That is pure bs this store is pure BS and I honestly dont care if they know who is writing this. They need to change because they are the only authorized sprint retailer around this store needs some serious change!!! I am sick and tired of them being so old fashioned and commission hungry!!! I wont go to Verizon because its way to expensive I wont go to ATT because they want $1500 down due to my credit. I wont go to T-MOBILE because they have horrible service when it comes to signal bars and calling. So what choices do I have. The way they run this store is pure stupidity I could run this store better as a disabled blind deaf leg Amputee with down syndrome!!! Screw Sprint!!! They paid the Verizon guy to advertise for them as soon as Verizon didnt need him anymore. PERIOD.

Ive been a customer with Sprint for a while. It was time for an upgrade but I refuse to purchase a phone through them again and deal with the monthly payment headache and penalty fee for paying off the phone ahead of time. So I took an alternative route and purchased an unlocked phone through Ebay. It didnt take long to arrive but I was desperate as my phone I already had (Galaxy S5 purchased from Sprint) was packed with malfunctions. I took the phone I just purchased to the store immediately to activate and it was brought to my attention that Sprint DOES NOT activate Verizon unlocked phones. I was not aware of this ahead of time or else I would have saved myself the trouble. Although I am still upset Sprint should change their system so they can activate cell phones from outside carriers that are unlocked. I was unfortunately forced to go to another carrier and open a new plan. Only other issue with Sprint I had was that theres not a lot of areas you recieve 4g I was always stuck on 3g.

worst customer service I have ever had. I went there for the third time due to a leased phone that bricked. The previous two times they replaced it with the same phone. So it bricked again. When I ordered the replacement with them I explained the phone was my 9 month pregnant girlfriends. That was 8 days ago today. I called the store on two different days and proceeded to be placed on hold for over 20 mins each time before I hung up. I go to the store and all they tell me is it isnt here yet. This is completely unacceptable. This seems to be the service I have received from sprint in general. I do not plan to stay with sprint thanks to their service.

Terriable customer service. My 1st time there I was not aware that I had to sign in. They pretty much made me feel invisible as no one said anything to me until after 45 minutes I sat there. My bad, like I said I was never here before. They are really pushy on selling you everything to the point where it makes it uncomfortable. But my biggest gripe was the free voice mail viewer app the guy said he would hook me up with. After several bills I finally noticed the $2.99 monthly charge for it. Yeah, real nice thanks guy. Much happier with T-Mobile now. I was a loyal Sprint customer but not anymore.

Horrible service . I walked in and the manager acted like she was on her computer . No hello welcome to sprint - nothing . So I said hello . Then she said someone would be with me shortly . So I waited whilst standing up .... because she made a management decision to remove all chairs from the store . Lovely . I am An 18 year sprint customer and unless Im thoroughly desperate - I hope to never return to this location . Unless Amir is there he ended up taking over and helped me professionally and expeditiously

Most of the staff are helpful. The only Sprint authorized repair center in the area (make a reservation if you are going for repair...) if the model you want isnt in stock you can order it. They always try to upsell, but Ive never had trouble saying no. Try not to go on the weekend unless you want to be there all day. If you go at the right time you can be in and out.

I went in the store with a minor issue with my phone and by the time i got home from the store the problem was a lot worse than it was before the trip in, and then my dad has his phone looked at and the guy could not find the problem Then we get home and then my mother fixes it herself, these people dont know anything, definitely dont want to go back to this store

Signed up for the trade in plan from att, was unhappy with the service, I returned both devices within the return period. 2 months later, I received a collections notice in the mail for 724.24. Sprint advised me that I would have to go to the store in person to fix their mistake. They "never received" the phone back that was returned in store.

Customer service is horrible!!!! I went in to ask what my option are for a cracked camera lens on my phone. The man was very rude and refused to help me solve my issue because I dont have insurance on my device. He didnt even offer to give me samsungs contact information to get my device repaired through them. DO NOT go to this store!!!!
