Let me start by saying i will never shop there again! The service sucked and the skinny rat faced manager was the rudest person i ever came across! He told me that my wife damaged the jacket that we were returning that burlington does not sell poorly made merchandise! ahahahaha lol i thought thats what they did sell was the defects that real stores can not sell! And when i tried to talk to him calmly he staretd to get real rude and at one point it was almost like he wanted to fight me! I myself and family and friends will no longer be shopping at this store! Forman Mills is now getting my business !

Okay location. Selection varies. Gave 3/5 because they are understaffed and there is trash and opened/ dirty items throughout the store. Things will be missing pieces, makeup and shampoo look like theyve been used by people trying it out in store and putting it back. The shoes get scuffed up and stuff they should keep them in boxes. Prices are good but you have to really look to make sure you arent buying something thats ripped or pulled or flawed.

Horrible customer service !!! Do not go to this Burlington Coat factory because you would have a high chance of having a bad service by having rude cashiers. I have shopped in so many other Burlington Coat Factory but this one is so far the worst I have ever been to and also the manager have been walking around when I asked my cashier person to put my cloths in the bag when it was supposed to be her job and not mine, very unprofessional.

The manager is a great friend of ours and respects everyone she meets. She will help you as much as she can and will always find a solution to your issues. The employees at Burlington Coat Factory are also awesome people. The woman who is in the baby department helped us so much. Everyone at BCF are amazing. I recommend for everyone I know to shop there for their best clothing needs.

Once i got to the register to pay the cashier call the supervisor and told me that the sistem was acting up and they only accept cash,so i told the supervisor if she told did other customers waiting in line about the situation and she did not like my opinion. ( people with actitud need to stay home)

Went in to return a pair of jeans and on my receipt it said contemporary shorts so I was really frustrated and upset with the nonsense and also the manager said they didnt sell the brand name jeans I brought to get a refund for so this experience was a horrible one

I was picking up a layaway, however the merchandise was somehow lost and per the manager they could cancel the layaway however the 5 dollar fee would not be refunded. Being that this was an error on the stores end this was unacceptable.

Great coats at low prices. But the racks are usually a mess. Also interesting how its moved from a coat store to a clothing and odds and ends store over the years. Not a huge selection of coats.

You can always find a great deal at a wonderful price and great name brands from baby items to adults they so have changing rooms to try on outfits with mirrors it truly saves you a trip

Love to make my layaway here but the put only one line to purchase and make layaway and pick up layaway and now I dont go as much since the only line is always too long. Makes no sense

Well organized. My only complaint is that I could see a security camera bubble while I was in the fitting room. Creepy. More privacy in the fitting rooms would make this place better.
