They have a good supply at Cardello, but we ordered an entryway chandelier that required shipment from the manufaturer. We specifically stated that we had a 4 week maximum wait time, which they said they could definitly meet. 6 weeks go by and no call from Cardello. I had called and they said that its on backorder until March 17. March 17 comes and no call, so I called to ask where it was at and they said not until July! We had to cancel our order with them. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Great friendly service. They have A LIBRARY of catalogs, so if you have the time you can probably find what your looking for.

Be prepared for sticker shock. Nice selection of lighting,but definitely more high end. Saleswomen wouldnt leave me alone.
