I went in today for the 1st time because I needed a pair of glasses desperately. The service that I received was unmatched and I will never go anywhere else. I explained my extreme situation I wont give it all here, and they found a way to get me in same day. They were also able to get me my new glasses in 4 days with a holiday. Jennifer went out of her way to personally help me and make this happen. She helped me in selecting a durable frame (I destroy everything). The price was also the best I ever paid for glasses. Jennifer was also very honest and didnt try and oversell me on the add on stuff just what I needed. Finally the owner of the buisness was there. He made it a point to introduce himself and shake my hand for me that goes a long way. He was extremely friendly not only with me, but with the younger boy I watched him help while I was selecting frames. Through and through grade A experience I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thanks for the amazing help today and to the owner sorry I dont have your name and Jennifer.

Been going to this particular Pearle Vision store for the past two years (theyve moved recently to the current location). The doctors are professional but personable at the same time; questions are addressed and answered in easy-to-understand terms. In addition, ALL of the staff are friendly simply fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about the products they carry - I struggle with selecting frames every time and their assistance is always quite helpful. Amanda was extremely pleasant and thorough in performing my preliminary tests explaining their purpose as well as outlining my insurance options. Jennifer completed my visit with all the final paperwork and is absolutely the greatest. I could sit with and chat with her all day! Lastly, but just as important, my new glasses were ready for pickup three days after my appointment. For someone looking for a new eye care service provider, I would definitely recommend this Pearle Vision store.

Best experience ever! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I have to say Jennifer is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met! I have never been excited to go shopping for glasses as I can never seem to pick ones that I absolutely love. While I was browsing for a new pair, Jennifer came right over to me offering me her opinion and help! This is exactly what I needed and have never received anywhere else. She helped me choose between my top three picks and explained how glasses should sit on my face, which ones complimented my face & because of her I finally have the glasses Ive always wanted! The entire experience from purchasing my glasses to going in to pick them up was amazing! (My glasses were expected to take 5-7 days & I got them in a day!) amazing! Thank you Jennifer for everything! Will definitely be going to this location for further purchases!!!

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. First time buying eyeglasses at Pearle. I already knew what I wanted from shopping elsewhere and just needed to proceed with the purchase. I chose Pearle since they were in network for my insurance. Jennifer was fantastic. From the first moment I spoke with her on the phone, I knew I would be in very good hands. She was very courteous, professional, organized, and efficient. She had all of my insurance matters worked out before I even walked in the store. She thoroughly, yet simply, walked me through how my benefits applied to the purchase. Quick, painless, and very pleasant experience... Store is nice, new, and squeaky clean. The entire staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely be back! -Dave

I just had an awesome day because of the staff at Pearle Vision. They were so friendly, kind and funny! Also, its common to have an idea of what kind of frames we want for our glasses, but they may not always be a persons best fit. The staff there was honest, and had me try on a pair I never wouldve thought to try, and I fell in love! I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Great store with great people working there. I was up visiting friends when my glasses broke. I am blind without them so I found the closest optical store which happened to be this store. They had a Dr. on premises as I hadnt had an eye exam in years, patiently helped me pick out new glasses from a great selection, had my lenses in stock, and cut them for me while I waited!!! Great service!! Even though I dont live in the area, Ill make the trek there when I need another pair.....thats how nice they were there.

My husband and I had our first appointment today and if we could give them more than 5 stars we would! Dr. Hamond took his time and the exam was very thorough. Very personable and made it very comfortable. Jennifer helped us choose our glasses and helped us work within our budget. Jennifer is an extremely pleasant person and we really enjoyed talking with her. Pearle Vision is lucky to have her working for them. The other employees were also very nice and helpful. We would highly recommend this office!

Its been 2-3 years, and I refuse to go anywhere else. If I ever have a question/concern, theyve always been very helpful. The Doctor himself helped me pick out glasses, who does that these days? They care about their customers/patients and it shows.Professional,courteous,and knowledgeable - Claudette, Jennifer, Amanda, and even the Doctor offered great customer service! I want to Thank Pearl Vision for their outstanding customer service and kindness. Definitely the best experience I have ever encountered for vision care. Amanda, Jen and Gabby were phenomenal as well as the Dr. And the rest of the staff. They exceeded all expectations and their kindness and generosity coupled with professionalism. Dr. Hampton was extremely professional, made sure to hear my concerns and to double check both my eyes and my glasses. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and even called me in advance to get my insurance information, so I didnt have to input it when I got there. Ive also been back for a second adjustment and they were just as helpful and friendly. A very underrated spot that I will definitely encourage others to go to.

The lady I dealt with there was very unprofessional she did not have the knowledge of the product I bought which was a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses they broke I had them for 4 months all she wanted me to do was pay her to fix them I want to know if Oakley will stand behind their product all she wanted to do was get money for me to fix them

What a fabulous experience I had with the awesome ladies at Pearle. The new location is beautiful with a chic boutique atmosphere. Jennifer helped me find the perfect glasses and allayed any fears I had about progressive lenses. The 7 to 10 day delivery became 2 business days. I couldnt be happier with my experience.
