I was a patient for over 20 yrs. I purchased a pair of glasses, if I recall around $800.00 in May of 2011. I have moved out of state since than. This yr. I went for my check up and asked them to straighten out my glasses they never sat on my face correctly. The new eye dr. told me the lenes are two different sizes. I spoke to Don of Plymouth Opticians and told him the issue, I told him I would mail them back to be fixed. Don sent them back to me and said they were fine. I, myself could see the lenes were two different sizes. I sent the glasses back again, Im also paying for postage and insurance every time I send them back . They came back to me marked REFUSED. I cant believe I was treated like Id never been there before, which I went every yr. for a ck up and new glasses. If you have been a patient, beware, and if you are looking for a new opticians I would think twice before going to Plymouth Opticians.

Don Toriello, the Optician is the best!!! I needed to get my first pair of progressive lens, and he is a guilded optician (really important folks) and he did a superb job on my prescription. I had no headaches, adjusted quickly and have been going to him for three years now. Dont skimp on your lens by going to a chain store, you only have 2 eyes!!!

Don is no longer affiliated with Plymouth Opticians. The new owners should take a lesson in customer service. Their method of dealing with the transition after Don was not handled well. The womans terse comment of Don is not here, but we are now, was not appropriate. They lost a long time customer.

Plymouth EyeCare total took care of me. When my glases frame were scratched they replaced them. Costumer service was outstanding and great products to. Totaly awesome!!!!
