Absolutely HORRIBLE experience first off everything is overpriced half of it isnt even authentic they are knockoffs i had just gotten a hexohm and i was in there and i smelled the inside cause i thought i smelled burning wires and the guy with glasses started making fun of me and then bragged about how he ripped off a and i quote "crackhead" for a device the ONLY positive things i can say about this shop is the younger blonde and the thin young guy are nice people other then that it was a terrible experience and i will never be back and will encourage others as well i would rather drive to the vaporshark in West Mifflin then drive down the road to be disrespected and treated like im not important at Hey Juicy

Very nice people, very good customer service! They carry everything from starter kits to drip tips, and have a plethora of standard and premium e-liquids from a variety of manufacturers. Most vape shops feel like exclusive clubs to me, while at this establishment Ive never been met with anything but helpfulness and cheerfulness from both the staff and customers. If youre new to vaping or an old hand, this is the place to go in the Mon Valley.

We just visited from Florida to see what different flavors there were and we loved it! We went to a couple different places and this was our favorite. It was a very comfortable environment and everyone was so helpful. The selection was so big! They helped us find some new flavors, and were extremely helpful to my brother who just started vaping. We will be back!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had so many questions being new to this and they were very kind and took their time to help me. They even showed me the authenticity card and the warranty info on the mod and tank I purchased. I highly recommend going to Hey Juicy and I will never shop anywhere else.

The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Very open to suggestions, and are always growing their inventory. Love the atmosphere, the juice bar is nice, and they make us feel like family! Love that they carry juices you cant get everywhere and care about their customers. Definitely have a customer for life here, glad we found them!

Very hit and miss on getting good service. Im a little older and the guy with the glasses treats me like im a idiot. Ive been vaping since e cigs came out and your going to act like im stupid when i simply ask if the oil im buying can be ran in a regular starter pen. I use my pen and mod. But for the most part a good shop.

Average prices, average inventory. good customer service. hours make visiting inaccessible to most of us that work for a living. 11 am open makes it pretty dang hard to give them my business, so I go to dubtown out in Washington because they open earlier.

Clean store very helpful staff. Im a respiratory therapist who agrees vaping is definite healthier substitute to burning cigarettes. Studies prove it and they over tax stores like these.

Not much of a selection beyond the beginners items. Not a very inviting atmosphere. The juice bar is not self-serve. Kind of opposite to what Ive come to expect from a b&m.
