been there 3 times first time they had 1 bottle of vaping oil they told me to come back in a week they were getting a shipment in well been back 2 times and till do not have any new shipment in..yes they are polite but when looking at my vapor they said they dont sell what I have and I showed them it was right there in the case..

They have a NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES policy. Which is fine. But they should have a sign or something advising customers of that fact. Also - tough location. Unless you are native to Oil City, very easy to get stuffed up in one-way back streets trying to get out of that place.
