I bought an ash catcher here a few weeks after coming in and buying a water pipe. Along with the attachment I purchased a universal "titanium" nail. As soon as I get home & heat up the nail, the attachment breaks from heat. Calmly call the guy who sold me it, I was told to come in & buy a drop down and he would help me out with a discount. Get there and johnny sells me a drop down pipe to be used WITH the nail that he also sold me earlier. I left with another attatchment & a drop down with no discount other than the store wide discount already happening. Johnny said they werent part of a corporate chain so "they could do that". I get home & the drop down breaks from the heat of the nail as well. I called the store and I received horrible customer service by the "assistant manager"( Justin). Same guy who got hot headed on the phone the second time I called. "Im gonna tell you guys right now, theres no way in hell youre walking out with a free piece." was what he said when we asked to speak to his manager in person. I never received any form of help or refund from this.They claimed it was my fault when in reality the only reason I bought those three things was because Johnny told me it wouldnt break due to the heat. I Dont know wether its the fact that they buy cheap glass, slap a sticker on it and say its quality glass; or they just absolutely dont know what theyre doing / talking about. Immaturity at its finest. Dont bring your business to people who arent in consideration of their customer satisfaction.

I purchased a lights out 2.0 vape from this location. Upon opening, the usb charger was missing the piece needed to screw in the vape. No big deal. Tried to use it once and there was absolutely no airflow what so ever. Took it back to the store for the refund and was told I needed a new coil for the rig, that was done without even turning on the vape to test it. After I showed them the coil heats up find I was told I had to contact the manufacturer, or stop in and discuss it with the manager. Unfortunately, the employee couldnt tell me when the manager is actually in this location. Will never step foot inside this place again.

Terrible service! Right when we walk in the door a Griffith (if thats even his real name) starts by calling my friend a "effing hippie". He then continues to be unprofessional by cursing (i guess trying to be cool) and being straight up rude and complaining how he worked a 12 hour day. Well sir, you just lost business for this shop because of your crappy attitude. I do NOT advise going here!

Dont buy anything from Smoke Rings on Battleground. Bought a "infamous glass" hand pipe less than a month ago. Dropped it ONCE and it shattered. Went back up there with my receipt and they couldnt so anything. I wasnt expecting a free one but maybe something, I mean it didnt even have it for 30 days. Shitty quality, shitty customer service I will not be back.

Dont buy torches from here , the butane torches are made cheaply and sold at high mark up , I bought one 3 days ago now it stays lit after you let go of the button . I called to see if they could refund or at least trade it for another but they wouldnt do ether

Ive been to Smoke Rings in Greensboro and in Wilmington and both locations had very knowledgeable staff as well as a VERY impressive collection of glass, quartz, titanium, vaporizers, anything you could need. I always recommend them to my friends.

Nice shop with a staff who knows everything there is to know about water bongs. Chase was super helpful and friendly and not overly pushy like a lot of other people who work at smoke shops. I left with exactly what I needed and love it
