I find it to had been a nice place with good merchandise ,but my expirience was horrible ...not to blame all staff ,but one in perticular kept following me and my son around as if i was a thief ..and i realized it was just us being followed ,by an older lady with reddish hair ...my son picked up an old poster capsule and asked me what was it ,so i was explaining to him ,he then puts it back and when we walked away his pants brushed by and knocked it over ...so the lady then assumes we are both kids and comes down the isle uttering the words "these damn kids" ...ive been in situations like this one so many times and i dont blame her shes old and cranky so what else is to expect ...however i look like a teen but im 30 years old and wearing a hoody might have made me look suspicious to her ,my son is 13 diavetic and a lil hyper ,but no thief and im no damn kid so being treated with attitude and followed like we are thieves made me frustrated so i left ...i get upset when one just assumes from the door i was tailed so how else should i feel ...it was very immature coming from a woman that age there were other kids aswell and others in hoodies ..and nothing was broken nore dented or what not ,it was an accident and considering there were no proper shelves for the capsule but on the floor i can say its a hazard and obviously a mistake ,no harm was done ,so why did i get insulted ...so as far as that goes its embarrassing and ill never returned to the store again...and for those review readers ,just know this store is not meant for those who were hip clothing ,those of colored skin or look like teens ...this place is more for white folk no offense ...be greatful i gave 1 star

This store has so much stuff, its amazing! Theres always great deals, and their kratom selection and pricing is great. They also carry CBD products, which is fantastic. The owners and staff are very kind and friendly. They treat you like family. I love going in there, I never leave empty handed! Its a wonderful family owned and operated store. Ive also unfortunately had to return an item, but they were nice and gave me no problems about it. They do have a small parking lot, and there is also plenty of on street parking. At Christmas time they sell trees for $19, and they are great quality! Ive gotten my tree from them for the past 2 years now, and the tree lasted for the entire holiday season, losing few needles. You cant get quality like that, at that price, anywhere else. They also love giving back to the community, which I love. Its hard to find places that are really invested in their community. Will always be a loyal customer here!

I went to see a couple hedge trimmers I found on let go yesterday and the cashier woman came outside. She was extremely rude and told me not to touch the equipment because she didnt want me breaking it. I guess I could understand her not wanting me to start it, but then I was just picking up the units and checking the carburetor and gas tank and she yelled at me again to not touch the equipment at all because she didnt want me breaking it. I immediately left. She was so incredibly rude and will never shop there.

I was treated badly I called first and described a piece of luggage I wanted to sell and was told to bring it in I needed money for gas I am on disability, when I arrived the gentleman looked at it and asked me how much I wanted and said he would bring his wife out, she came out and accused me of being a liar I said the piece was never used and she said why isnt it in the box and was very nasty I hope I make it home with no gas, Ill never go there again!!

Love this place. Called for an item thats no longer sold new for my sons bday and the Co owner personally placed a brand new, in the box guitar hero behind the counter until we got there!!! Well continue to browse and shop there. Plus the employees are very awesome!

The owner is not very honest when talking about Kratom. Anytime I have suggested a better product he might want to carry he says everyone he knows says his stuff is better. Funny things is I have heard that same line used with other customers. I call BS.

Very great place. Ive known the owners son since he had a tattoo parlor on Union Blvd. All employees including the owners are very respectful and helpful. They have great deals.

Prices are okay. Would be better if thet offered delivery services with an extra fee or free for orders above 50 at least. But good people great stuff.
