The worse customer service ever! Very rude, disrespectful & not helpful. Racist, racial profiling & I experienced unjust discrimination. A department manager of ladies clothing, name Jen was following me around the store & she was literally my shadow. Every time I turn around she was there. I mean she was stalking me for at least one hour or more. Mind you I make at least 3-4 times her salary, I am a manager of one of the biggest insurance companies in the America, own a house, own two cars, great employment, married, two great incomes & 4 year college degree. Also own an online store, plenty of assets & financially secure. I have never stole & never will. I made my purchase $250.00. I called Walmart corporate inside the car. She made me feel very uncomfortable, she was invasive, aggressive & intrusive. No tact, no class & was very unprofessional. Mind you I have been shopping there for at least nine years. We easily spend few thousand a year there. I have also worked in retail for many years. I have managed high end retail stores. Suits $400-$500. We have never followed customers around the store. She needs to be coached, trained & reprimanded for her awful behavior. That was such a horrible experience. I am just going to stop shopping there.

One of the worst experiences at a Walmart I have ever had. Had ordered photo invitations online through "1-hour Photo" from the photo center. The order was placed on a Sunday night at 6 PM which is closing time for the actual store. The online site said they would be ready at 7:30 PM that Sunday which was not possible since they had been closed already. I arrived the following day at noon to check the status of my order because nobody would answer the phone at the photo center. Upon arrival there were a few people waiting for help in the photo center and nobody was around to assist them. An employee working in the electronics department tried to help but was unable to, not his fault. The photo center employee was on lunch and wouldnt be back from her break for an hour. After leaving angrily, I waited another hour to call and again nobody was around to pick up the phone, typical. Customer service finally was able to get somebody to check the status of our order and told us it would not be ready until 530-630 PM. Some "1-hour Photo". Needless to say the customer service was unhelpful and we are still waiting for the completion of the order. I guess its hard to catch up with the 3000 photo back-up when theres nobody doing their job.

I have a broken foot, and my girlfriend went in to this Walmart to purchase a pair of crutches. She returned to the parking lot, only to find that not only were the crutches missing a piece, but that the cashier also did not give her a receipt. Less than 20 minutes had passed, and she returned to the store to explain the situation. They did not believe her, and refused to exchange the crutches without a receipt. I called corporate at this point, and waited on hold, while she waited in line for the cashier to return from break and "vouch" for the purchase. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, and had to walk - with a broken foot - into the Walmart to assist with the situation. By the time I arrived, they had finally looked up her receipt and found out they she realy had just purchased the crutches. We were finally able to exchange them, and were back to our vehicle before the corporate shill finally answered my call. They gave me the "Sorry you dealt with this, but you were taken care of, well pass it to the store manager" BS , and got off the phone. This is the not only the perfect example of a terrible Walmart, but also a great example of how terrible Walmart is as a company.

Went to the TV section to find a bargain on a display, or scratch and dent. What a miserable experience. Found a rep working in the section and he was friendly. Showed him the tvs I was looking at, that had no tags on it. He checked, not tags. He went to ask a manager and was told there should be tags. Checked again, tags did not magically appear. He goes back to manager, who sends another associate. Hmmm, still no tags. Back to manager, that sends yet another associate. 4 people working on this, and they pull the serial numbers off 4 tvs. Manager never appeared, and the associates go into the back without a word. Stood there for 20 minutes waiting. Finally I just walked away as it was apparent nobody was going to help. One final comment, and this is true for all Walmarts: As a customer I expect respect that I am there to provide business. Teach your employees that the customer comes first. My biggest complaint is that employees are always cutting customers off while walking. You may have a task to do, but making me stop for you is just rude and disrespectful.

My husband and I travel for work, and have been to a number of Walmarts all around the world. And this Walmart has got to be the absolute worst Walmart we have ever been to, the shelves were destroyed there was out of place stuff everywhere. None of the employees were even bothered to clean up any of the shelves they were just standing around talking to each other about nonchalant stuff that didnt even have to deal with what they were doing. The lighting in this Walmart was horrible, we couldnt find anybody to help us look for what we needed. We asked a employee if they had any more longjohns and they told us that if it wasnt on the damn shelf they didnt have it. We will be going out of our way to go to another Walmart, this is ridiculous corporate needs to come in and clean this Walmart out and fix it. Employees at this Walmart with loudly talking about customers looks and religions in front of everybody.

The worst walmart. So ghetto. As usual no one wants to help you even if its their "area". Not that they are trained in their own area. I asked to look at the laptop and the women IN electronics gave me this dumb look and asked me where they were?. Not to mention they claim that they dont price match and thats the store policy....even when you show them on their own website that this is NOT the case. Actually had to file a corporate complaint for them disregarding marketed policies. Absolute worst customer service in that store that dont follow walmarts corporate standards!!!

This the worst walmart I have ever been in. The aisles are packed with understocked stuff The staff from the managers down are rude unfriendly people. I moved to Pa a year ago, I got along with every person I met until I entered this store. The staff have a ready to fight and argue with you , so dont mess with me, attitude. I walked pass an employee and kindly asked her where an item was , she mumbled and point at the end of the store, she then turned and walked down an aisle. I necer heard what she said and never found the item, just left. Please take my word its bad.

I am never in this area but I had to comment on this store after one trip there. Ive never found less helpful employees. Granted I think Walmart is known for unhelpful employees but this was over the top. I asked for one item, got sent three different places until a manager came to help. I asked one employee where to find something-her response was "Im new here". I asked her if she could call someone to find out where the item was. Her response-I dont have a walkie. I decided talking to her was pointless so I went to someone else. This store is awful.
