I only ever go to this Walmart because of its convenient location. I can get there in less than 5 minutes. However, I give this Walmart a poor rating because of the following 2 reasons: 1) Inventory - I go to Walmart to buy specific things. Im always in and out and rarely do I ever browse. It seems like every time I go in there, though, that they never have anything Im looking for. Because of this reason, Id rather just order online and wait for delivery. 2) Customer service - I am just baffled at the lack of customer service Ive received at this place any time I needed it. Ill always approach an associate with a jovial attitude and a smile. In return, I get a lackluster attitude and a grimace. Its like no one at this place likes their job (except a RARE few). But I always get the finger point when I ask where something is located. I will never get the above and beyond. "Its in Home Goods."...ok...where in Home Goods? Do I have to beg you to show me? They should teach that in the training to literally walk the customer to where an item is. That place is a confusing maze of products to the novice shopper. Most of my time spent in this store is just trying to find the area of what Im looking for. Heres also a great example of the subpar customer service I got just today- So I called in to ask if they had a book in stock (because Ive learned not to waste my time going there since they rarely have what Im looking for). The woman who answered asked me what I was looking for. I told her a book. She asked the title. Why? I have no idea because she only transferred me anyway. All she really needed to know was that I was looking for a book if she was going to transfer me. I get transferred. Ring....ring....ring....ring...Finally a guy answers and asks if I can hold. "Sure, no problem," I remark. 3 minutes go by....then 5...then 6...then 7. The phone eventually rings again and I get a different woman. "Thanks for calling Walmart how can I help you?" "Hi I just called looking for a book. I was on hold for 7 minutes and I got looped back to you again." So she asks me - again - the title of the book. I have no idea why it mattered because again I got transferred. Ring....ring....ring....ring...ring....ring... "Thank you for calling Walmart how can I help you?" You.Have.Got.To.Be.Kidding. I maintained my composure (I was quite agitated) and I said I was looking for a book in stock. I got redirected 2 times already and no one can seem to help me. Finally, after 10 minutes, I tell the girl the name of the book and she said shed go look for me. Another minute goes by- "Hi, sir? Yeah sorry we dont have it." Of course they dont. The online store has it though. I was trying to save a few bucks on shipping but I could have easily just went to the store, checked myself and returned home even before the phone call ended. The total time of this simple phone call: 11 minutes 47 seconds. Its bad experiences like this that I will always think twice before stepping into this store again.

Completely ridiculous woman at the counter refused to sell ammo to my brother because he had a beer with diner, and supposedly smelled of alcohol. She got on her little high horse and claimed management backed her. She made it seem like he was a threat to society because he wanted handgun ammo. Just an fyi we each had 2 beers with diner about an hour before and were completely sober. Long story short the manager shows up after about 20 min of wasting our time and sells us the ammo. I will never shop at walmart again... side note multiple people checked out while we were waiting and she told everyone that she loved them. Talk about weird, maybe she needs to be a greeter or something because she cannot handle actual sales.

The store is full of people who dont know what they are doing and the pharmacy is the worst. My child has been on the same seizure meds since she was 4 months old she is now 5 and they still cant get it right, its either out of stock or the dont refill it even though its on auto refill. None of the people that work there know where anything is even if its their department and if you ask for help they act as if you have asked for a kidney. Its just awful. Shame its a necessary evil since I dont live near anything else. The only plus is the prices.

Worst pharmacy experience ever - and I will never ever use their pharmacy again!! After realizing I was overcharged for my prescription, I called Walmart and spoke with the pharmacist. She was rude and refused to help me, and told me there was nothing she could do. Only after a lot of research did I find out that Walmart charged me a "dispensing" fee on top of my insurance-approved amount! If theyre going to charge additional "fees" they should at least disclose that when I dropped off my prescription.

I really struggle with this place. Besides the great prices, this place is not appealing. One example, the smart phone section. I dont think they sell any devices there. The offer is almost exclusively Samsung, some phones are 2 year old and the displays are horrendous (the glass covers are so scratched you can barely see thru them). I dont think the staff is very competent either. Nice people but they dont seem motivated. Dont expect much from this place.

Completely incompetent staff/management. The older woman at the sporting goods is extremely unprofessional, and obviously has some "issues". I understand Walmart hires people with special needs and I feel that its great, but the register at sporting goods is not a acceptable position for someone like her. Ill be shopping else where in the future for my needs. This last experience was a complete waste of my time & beyond frustrating.

Its a shame this Walmart cant be a Walmart Supercenter. They are so much more convenient as a one-stop shop with having a full grocery center with deli and bakery, eye doctor/eyeglass dept., automotive dept, all at much lower prices than elsewhere. Its nice to be able to go shopping while having your cars oil changed or having new tires put on. It is a nice little Walmart though, but the Supercenters are just so much better.

This store has caused me grief again and again. The store is always messy, with items strewn about all over the place, things are not near the correct price tags or are mislabeled, and the associates get angry at you when you imply that things are not as they should be. If you can avoid coming to this store, I recommend that you do so.

This Walmart isnt as big as some, and the selection can be limiting. I went for 10 bags of black mulch, a very common commodity this time of year. They were sold out. No idea when more stock would be inbound. I also couldnt find a simply, popular brand of mop head replacement. The food section is pretty small too.

This is my local Walmart. I shop here regularly and always have a good experience. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Though the isles are a little tight on their latest makeover, the shelves are always stocked and things are easy to find.
