***** 5-Star Car Buying Experience - Highly Recommend! Contact Dan and tell him I referred you. ***** I spent over 30 hours researching cars online before heading to the lots where they were located for a test drive. So glad two of my top choices were here at Findlay. I live within 2 miles of NW Jeep, and had test driven a vehicle there. It was my first thought for Jeeps because I had purchased one from them years ago. I quickly learned NW Jeep was not where I wanted to shop again. ** The drive to Wilsonville was well worth it!! ** I went by myself the first time and test drove the vehicles, and explained what I was looking for and why. I was happy to learn from Dan that they price match, and the pricing offered on the vehicles I was interested in was far superior to and much more competitive than what Ford was offering (also checking out 3 types of Fords in the process). I figured I would need to go to Ron Tonkin in Milwaukie and Dick Hannah in Vancouver to make the final decision. Nope! Dan called me the next morning with the most competitive pricing, so I could make the best decision right there with Findlay. The following day, my son and I headed to Ford to test drive there and get their best pricing, but dollar for dollar, the value of the Jeeps far outweighed the Ford vehicles. I found this to be true in comparing Jeep Cherokees to Ford Edges or Explorers, as well as in comparing Jeep Patriots to Ford Escapes. While the Escapes had lots more high tech options, their best pricing was $10K more -- so the value of those options just wasnt there. Plus, the Jeeps are better looking and are more of a true SUV. I can say the same for the Cherokee vs the Edge -- Cherokee is LOADED with technology and $12K less. And lets face it - the Edge is ugly. When comparing the Cherokee to the Explorer, not only was the fully loaded Cherokee $20K less than the Explorer, it gets Much Better gas mileage, and is nicer overall, including the size. So back to Findlay we went. I finally opted to purchase the Jeep Patriot High Altitude for my son for College, and save my Jeep Cherokee Overland dream car for another year (or 5??!). The responsiveness, engine, nice features, and New Car pricing that was so discounted it would have been CRAZY to buy a used one, put it over the top as our #1 choice. Now as my son heads off to College I will be super happy he has a totally reliable, safe and fun car to drive. It is cost-effective, efficient, handles well, and I wouldnt go anywhere else but Findlay to buy a Jeep. In addition to Dan being incredibly helpful and following through in every way, the Finance Manager, Kristine, was Great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I also liked the open environment so I never felt "stuck in an office" during the purchase. The only thing I cannot recommend here has nothing to do with the dealership -- the Jeep Extended Warranties are more than DOUBLE the price of the Ford Extended Warranties. Actually about 2.5 X the price. So I did not purchase that or any of the other add-ons they offered. Still, I strongly recommend you find Dan and tell him I sent you. I hope your experience is as Amazing as mine was. Good luck in your search and purchase of a new car!

DO NOT get any service done here! I wish I could have given a zero star rating. Two months ago I went to Findlay Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM to have them look over my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. I wanted to find out what services would be recommended since my vehicle was reaching the 100,000 mile mark. Jonny Brooks was the person who helped me. He said theyd take a look and it would take an hour, so I had my family pick me up to go to lunch instead of sitting there for an hour. He asked if I wanted an oil change and I said, probably, but you will not do ANYTHING to my car until talking to me, correct? He said they would never do that. When I returned over an hour later, he said they still were not done. After waiting another hour, I insisted that they give me my car back because my kids were on the bus heading home from school. They seemed very irritated and said it takes time to look over a vehicle. Then, they would not give me my car until I paid the $185 bill (which was actually over $250 at first, until I argued about it). Apparently, they switched my appointment to a non-wait, which means it can take hours. I didnt get my car back for 3+ hours. They DID do an oil change and charged me to look over my vehicle (which was supposed to be applied toward any service I had them complete). When I called to complain and find out if they could use that money toward a service the next day, they said no...only if it is done the same day as the inspection (which of course, they didnt say the day before). I could go on and on. This company is sketchy! I also called the service manager, Dan Howland, who was rude and unhelpful. So, I called the general manager, Jack Grimley, who said he would look into it and call me back. Did I ever hear back from him? NOPE! Save your time and money and DO NOT EVER get service done at this dealership. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY! BTW, I did get some of the work they suggested done at a reliable service center (several things they said needed repair actually did not) and they missed out on over $1000 that I paid to someone else. They also lost a customer who would have gone back in the future if I had been treated right!

Brought my 14 Jeep SRT in for warranty work based off of online reviews and curb appeal. Every issue that i brought up that needed warranty work was not addressed at all! All i got were insinuations on what i heard or felt (found this really irritating to say the least). Obvious defects were treated as nothing wrong and i was given all types of illogical excuses as to why those defects were not a warranty item. Led headlight rings being different colors excuse was that if you looked at each headlight separately they looked the same (not sure how that makes logical sense), and that a weird color to me doesnt mean that they are warranty items (i never stated weird colors, i stated that one led ring was a white similar to an incandescent bulb and that the other led ring inside the other headlight was an LED white which looks a little blueish in color). Obvious defects in a door panel pad material excuse was that they couldnt find the defect after i pointed out the flaw in material to the service advisor. The bubbling dash pad material excuse was that the dash is built with a dip at the specific location and this was normal and not defective (ive yet to see this in another jeep). The squeaking popping sound that the drivers seat emits excuse was that the tech couldnt get the seat to squeak. The first thing i heard when i pick it up and sit down is the squeaking! How annoying to hear this while driving a rig that costs 70-80k! The list goes on and on with other items. My suggestion is to not be fooled by the curb appeal here. Maybe other folks have had better experiences here (i sure hope all these positive reviews on here isnt just bs), but mine was horrible and a bit offensive. These folks seemed to want to run away from warranty work on my vehicle while being unprofessional with their illogical excuses and offensive insinuations! If i decide to do a durango srt or an upgrade to the track hawk in the next 1-2yrs i know i will not be giving Findlay my business! FCA has an issues with their dealership network for sure! You guys could learn a thing or two or more from BMW on how to treat your customers
