Excellent pharmacy staff and experience. My doctor had prescribed an uncommon medication and none of the other pharmacies had the medication in stock (including the pharmacies in Portland). The wait time to receive the medication would be 5-7 days. On a whim I called bi-mart to see if I may get lucky. The lady who answered the phone said they did not have the medicine in stock but she could make it a priority and have th medication the next day. She delivered. Several months later I have all of my prescriptions at Bi-mart and the experience has been great. All of my medications are ready and grouped together in the most convenient way possible (something Ive tried to accomplish for some time). I have learned that even though Bi-mart is new to Scappoose the pharmacist and pharmacy tech are both very experienced with a great attitude to boot. oh, and because they are newer to Scappoose they are not as busy as the more established pharmacies: no wait times and a proactive philosophy towards your care. I have to note: It was hard for me to switch pharmacies (I LOVE the staff at Fred Meyers) but given the chain of events and the level of service I have received I feel they earned my business.

So I used to have really good experiences at Bi-Mart but lately its gotten ridiculous. For example just today I was short one penny at the cash register and the cashier made me run outside to my vehicle to get a penny when I spend $175 I will not be going back with the rest of my nine children school clothes shopping here even though they have a 50% off discount right now all because they threw a fit about a penny. That is the ultimate definition of throwing away a dollar to save a penny

Friendly staff and easy to read price tags are only part of the appeal. I love the smaller baskets, wide enough isles and customer service to spare. Item to big for you to cart around? An employee will gladly take it to the front to be waiting for you, then offer a carry out. Every Bi-mart is set up the same, I love that!

Prices are between medium and low... But people are so helpful, that you dont mind a few extra pennies. I dropped a ten dollar bill. An employee got my description from customer,, and hunted me down to put it back in my hand. That doesnt happen everywhere.

Only one cashier and one-line open not very many people so that wasnt the issue its that she was solely with the person before me and rude to me. Not really excited about the visit. Normally dont have that problem

Many of my regular items are less expensive then other local options. They also have friendly staff and their Sporting / Recreation areas have more varrity then anyone around.
