Ive been a customer for over 5 years now. I normally buy the AMP vita pack and protein powder every month. I went into this location and first off the employee that was working at the time did not even bother to ask if he could help me with anything, luckily I already knew what I needed. The main problem I had was that the strength vita pack was marked at $55.90 but when the guy scanned it it came up at $58.90. So I told the guy that the price said $55.90 expecting the guy to honor it, however, his response was " its only a $3 difference if its a big deal I can just cancel the whole thing out " I did not appreciate his response so I just left. After being a customer for over 5 years I would think that GNC would train its employees to appreciate and value its customers more. On the plus side I drove to the GNC on Lancaster mall and they took care of me like always.
