I had never had lashes before going to Envy Lash, so I didnt know what to expect. Now that I have more experience, I know that I was getting robbed. They have a "sale" for a full set st half price, but I wouldnt pay that for them. I only had Jessica doing my lashes, so I dont know if the other girl there is as rushed, inexperienced, rude and lazy. On my first appt, I asked to use the restroom and she was noticeably annoyed with me. I asked Jessica if they do top and bottom prior to her starting my lashes, she said yes. When the process was done, she had only done the top. I asked about the bottom lashes and she said that I would have to make a longer appt for that. I was a bit annoyed that she hadnt told me this from the start; I had made it clear I knew little about the process. Also she herself had both top and bottom lashes. It looked awkward and I had to put mascara on the bottom lashes or it was obvious. I scheduled my next appt and requested the longer time for the bottom lashes to be done as well. The lashes didnt look natural and, despite me not getting them at all wet for 48 hours, half had fallen out within the first 4 days. The ones that were left were twisted and stuck together (something I now know is caused by too much glue being used) and several had turned themselves upside down so that they curled into my eye, twisting my real lashes. I went to my second appt and while she was doing the top lashes, I confirmed that we were doing the bottom lashes this time. She told me, again, that I would need to make a longer appt for that. There were already 5 lash extensions on my cheek by the time I walked the half block to my car. Later that day, a "clump" (and no, I wasnt wearing mascara) of lashes on the outermost part of my right eye had somehow fallen to the side of my eye and gotten trapped under the bottom lid at the corner. I was driving when this happened and I didnt know what was wrong with my eye until looking in the mirror when I got home. I didnt go to the third appt I had scheduled. I thought I just didnt handle them well, but I know better now. Jessicas inexperience and corner cutting is dangerous and a I wont let her near my eyes again.

I would 100% recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I had been getting my lashes done for several years here, but the service has seriously gone down the garbage shoot. I cannot express entirely how unprofessional the experience is at this salon. Over the last couple of months they have gained new staff, and I had several fills. One of the young girls continued to talk about her love life with other staff the entire fill while smackin her gum in my ear. And the comments of her preference for certain races of men was just too much. There is constant inappropriate chatter, and over all an immature, unprofessional, and unwelcoming atmosphere. I continued to go because the primary people I would see were Jessica and Darby who have over the years done work that I appreciated. But this last occurance was the last straw. In the past I have had appointments cancelled on me last minute, and life happens so no worries. Then today happened, and I have chosen to take my business elsewhere, and if you would like to avoid a headache I would suggest you do as well. I scheduled an appointment for a new set of lashes for my best friend for the day before her bridal shower, and days before her wedding. This appointment has been set for some time, and I recently discussed it this Monday (3days ago) with the lash gal I saw for my fill. I even scheduled MY fill for that same day so I could go with my friend. I expressed to the lash tech that we both requested time off of work for this, and we are working on a really tight schedule. Now today I received a text letting me know that it was cancelled “and I will not be charged for this cancellation” how nice of them… So, I call confused as to what is going on. The reasoning….I was advised that due to traffic from the eclipse on 08/21 they are cancelling my appointment scheduled for 08/18. Excuse me! The eclipse is not new news, and we are talking days before hand…are you serious!?!? This is a two week notice for an appointment in preparation for a wedding, and I am being told that due to risk of traffic the studio will be closed. I am done with this place. e

Horrific experiance. The volume lashes I payed for fell out in at the two week mark. I follow the indicated gulidelines and still they fell. Such a waste of money. If you want basic sevice and professional empolyees look elsewhere. I went on my birthday so I could look my best that day. To my absolute horror the girl who did my lashes during the appointment had glued my left eye shut! She apologized but my eye was tearing up throughout the appointment and apparently that slowed her down and was taking too long because they kept rushing her causing her to poked my eye several times! The other employees where catty and rude. Whatever the excuses they provided the truth was because too much glue was used during the application it irritated my eye and eyelid felt raw scraped up for three days! I would warn anyone against this place, the service was horrible and at the counter the most terribly rude attendant turned out to be the manager of this dump. The lack of professionalism and experianced personnel was dangerous and I will not be back. And needlessly to say it ruined my special day.

I went in to get an eyelash perm, the experience was great but when my perm was done my eyelashes didnt look as curled as I expected. I brought it up to the lady who did them and she said it was because they were wet. 2 days later the lashes on the outer corner of my eyes were back to normal, uncurled. It doesnt even look like I got my lashes permed. I tried calling the salon during normal business hours, two separate times and I couldnt get an answer. I then wrote an email. I have not heard back. So disapointing and waste of money.

I think I may have been one of Tinas first clients 8 years ago. Tina and a few other envy girls have continued to fill my lashes. I travel a lot and have to have my lashes filled while Im out of town and I cant compare anyone to the job that Tina does. Shes the Best in the Business. I love Being able to book online and plan ahead for my my appointments. Tina is fast, professional and my favorite Lash Gal ever! I cant wait to see her today !

I absolutely LOVE this place! Chloe does an amazing job doing my classic lashes. I always feel so much better leaving this place with my fresh set of lashes on. I am constantly getting compliments and i always refer them to Chloe at Envy. The girls there always make you feel very comfortable. Envy Lash Studio also has a little shopping section with clothes, jewelry, lotions and makeup. I will for sure keep coming back:)
