We had great rapport immediately, followed by a measure of faith & some confusion, but overall my codes are gone & though the car itself ended up having been more messed up than anyone had told me it would be, for what they did I think I saved money anyway. Someone working at the 58th & Se Powell Chevron (no problem plugging this anywhere - had destroyed my engine bearings, their owner would take no responsibility, & I actually was, really oddly, basically lied to by a mediator at the courthouse itself - That I couldnt sue until the car wasnt running. And with an agreement signed, I never was to have any recourse, but didnt find out til I wrapped this up. Some of the damages were indeed unexpected because of all that confusion. All in all Id say - nothing to do with this place - always make sure someone replaces your oil & your gas cap, & track everything thats gone on with your car really well - put it all in one place together, etc, so you can take responsibility for knowing everything. Its way better than having problems later (this is an improved review after some confusion was sorted out, but this website is apparently ridiculous & doesnt let you erase a review when the a whole story of a purchase is a little bit much irrelevancy for primetime, but hey, that courthouse & Cain Petroleum deserve all the knocking they can get & have caused...)

I have never ever felt so uncomfortable my whole life taking my car somewhere. And I only blame myself. I brought my BMW m3 thinking I could trust this place because of the reviews and BOY, was I wrong. Let me begin with this. I spoke to the front desk about how I only wanted my muffler modded, drove over there the same day to explain and the main guy DOUG, acted like he knew it all, and made me feel like he knew exactly what I wanted, told me to come in the next day around 5 to do it, and guess what, he tried to rip me off by putting a damn STRAIGHT PIPE, on my car. HELL N O. He was so unprofessional, started running low on welding gas and didnt even take down my muffler correctly he CUT everything out. Of course, because he wanted to do a quick cheap easy job. When we asked him what he was doing and that we thought he understood he starts cussing, throwing everything, arguing, and barely welded my stuff back together correctly. My diffuser was hanging low and hes basically the worst place to ever go to. Unless you want a straight pipe or to slap on a exhaust system, otherwise he is NOT professional and WILL rip you off for easy money. I know exactly how to mod my exhaust, I just do not have any of the tools. Just a WARNING for all you folks with nice cars who have a special taste with sound.

Went because the exhaust on the truck I bought was so rusted it basically wasnt there. While they were working on it they noticed the exhaust manifold had some cracks in it. Called and told me they could get a manifold for me and how much it would be. Told them I was a bit tight on money but if we needed to do it then go ahead. They called the next day and told me they took care of me. They fixed up the manifold on my truck to save me some money and now the truck sounds great! Not only did these guys took care of everything quickly, but they went above and beyond and saved me some money. Great people, highly recommended.

Great service and attitude, work was awesome!!! They initially quoted me at a certain price...only to realize later that they had underestimated the labor cost. When I got in to pick up my car, they let me know that the labor costs could have been a lot more, and here are their direct words, "Because we are men of our honor, well only charge what we quoted you at..." Honesty and Integrity is hard to find these days, I definitely give these guys a thumbs up!!!

I just had a full exhaust system installed by these guys and they did an amazing job. The work place was a little dirty, but the service was beyond anyone else in town, the price was over 300 dollars cheaper then anyone I checked with. Very friendly and had a great sense of humor. its not your typical shop here in Portland but thats a good thing, I will never go anywhere else for exhaust...

These people are really cool. Not only did they put my headers on. I came back later a few days needing the driver header to be notched to clear the steering. They did it no time and without any BS. The boss even gave me a set of carb gaskets for free because he realized my carb was leaking. Peace

Guys were great, especially Randy (with whom I dealt). Had a seat belt screw that had rusted and was stuck. The guys helped me find a solution even though that isnt their specialty. I appreciate that!

Hands down the best in town. Theyre always busy but still quick on the job, cheap, and really friendly. Had my exhaust removed and replaced in 20 minutes. Theres no reason to go anywhere else.

went to take out 2 mufflers and put on tips. the welding is leeking.
