I dont know where to start with this but I have never seen service like this from any Tire store before!! I never post reviews on anything but this is one I seriously had to for what they did for me. Not going to get into all the details but in Short: Ordered custom wheels and tires for my Supercharged Crewmax limited Tundra from Discount Tire Bothell Everett Hwy (best price around after 2 weeks of shopping online and locally - 200+ shopped best pricing) and discounts prices were already the best. Delivered on time as promised. Installed on time as promised. Had issue with wheels noticed following day (factory mistake). Discount overnight the 4 replacement wheels! They offered me a rental car but I didnt need it. They had my truck towed to their shop following day (they recommended to be safe) where they took care of everything for me. My overall experience in dealing with their professionalism is quite impressive. They really went out of their way to take care of the situation immediately. Timely 5*+ Service 5*+ Quality 5*+ (cant blame them for factory issue) Overall 5*++ I have already highly recommended them to a few friends!

They fixed my tire for free. Thats already gonna get a 4 or 5 star rating from me. The problem is that after I got my car back, the charge cable and headphones I leave in my car were gone! I checked everywhere, and I suspected theft from either the tow truck driver, or the multiple people that could have repaired my tire that dont sign their name to a dispatch report, unlike the tow truck driver. After having a conversation with the manager, he swears it couldnt be any of his people, but he said to come down and hell reimburse me for whatever the cost is. I ended up getting paid the full amount of reimbursement, which was 35 dollars, in cash. I am very surprised they are able to repair my tires for free, and pay for a thief of an employee and still remain in business, all the while neither of us could be 100 percent sure that they were the party responsible for this or not. The customers truly do come first here, and I expect you to have excellent service, no matter what.

I made an appointment to get the tires I bought online for my Jetta, installed at Discount Tires in Totem Lake yesterday. I’ve always found it cheaper to purchase tires online, then take them to Discount to be mounted, but I was in for a treat this time. Unlike Les Schwab where no one comes to greet you anymore, Damon actually came running and met me at my car when I was getting out – surprised? Yep. After a few minutes to get the paperwork done I sat in the lobby and watched 4 guys attack the car like a race team pit crew. Old tires removed, new tires mounted, balanced, and installed. From the moment I pulled into their lot, to when I was driving out, it was quite literally 25 minutes. Granted they only had 2 other cars being worked on at the time but to say I was impressed is an understatement. I’ve hated going to Les Schwab for years, but this just put a little red bow on top of that sentiment. Damon and Totem Lake Discount Tires - Beyond highly recommended.

The team at Kirkland is nothing short of amazing. I have put tires on all 4 my cars (2 teen boys included) with Discount and get faster more personal service AND better prices than Costco. At times I have brought a car in for the regular rotation and rebalance (AT NO CHARGE!) right after opening (before they get busy) and I swear i was watching a pit crew at work!!! They had 2 guys removing the wheels and two other balancing. I was IN and out in under 10 minutes! I ahve never waiting longer than 30 minutes for service. You cant get that at Costco. Finally, I traded two of my Lexus in for New models. Of course they had the factory tires on them so I wasnt going to need Discount tires for at least two years. The Kirkland Discount crew were happy to keep rotating and balancing the tires on my new vehicle at no charge just knowing they owned my future business for life. I cant recommend these guys enough!!!

Great service and great prices. I need all new tires for my 2002 Subaru and had called both Les Schaub and Discount Tire for quotes. I wasnt picky with my choice, and told the salesmen I just wanted the cheapest tires. Les Schaub quoted me at $605 and Discount Tire quoted me at $402. I headed to Discount and the salesmen was very quick to greet me and walked out to my car with me to go over things. I choose the cheapest set of tires and they took my keys. They were done with my car in 20 mins. All said and done, I was there for no more than 30 mins on a Wed afternoon around 12:30. I was very impre ssed with how fast they were, and out the door I paid $439. I would recommend Discount Tire to all my friends and family.

Discount Tire in general is awesome. Great to have them in our area. Kirkland location is hit and miss. They sell well. Simple stuff is OK. Some negotiation is required to get what they promised once milage warranty or tire replacement warranty is involved. No Wi-Fi in a place where people routinely have to wait is way below my expectations. It is 21st century. Go to Bellevue Discount Tire for Wi-Fi. The picture is how I found the spare was once I opened the trunk after a visit to Discount Tire in Kirkland. They just stuck it there sideways sweeping and crushing the tool box and the jack cover underneath. The cover of the trunk floor was raised. Unspeakable!

Excellent customer service and everyone is hard working, from the worker who greets you upon arrival and takes your information to the repair workers in the shop. I needed to have my tire checked since it was losing air so I called ahead to see if they were busy. This was on a Saturday at 4pm. They said to come right in since they werent busy. True enough, when I got there I waited a total of 20 minutes from checkin to being out the door with my tire fixed. And all for free. The valve on my tire was cracked and they replaced it for free too. We have bought tires there before and go there for any tire problems. Definitely recommend them!

I came in with a flat asking for a trade-in quote on the remaining 3 tires. Turns out my tires were too old to trade in, but they offered to check if the flat could be fixed, which I accepted. 30 minutes later, they had fixed the flat - without me even asking - and put it on the car, all free of charge. It was past their closing time, too. The spare was placed back in the trunk for me. The tools Id used to install the spare, which Id left lying around in the trunk, were neatly packed back into their containers. TL;DR, came in asking to buy 4 tires, ended up having my flat fixed for free. Great service, Ill definitely be back!
