As a business owner in Portland I have used Blooms for since 2005. The are extremely reliable and offer great products at reasonable prices. The owner is awesome to work with and they can accomodate events large, small, early in the day and late at night. Blooms is our go to florist for personal and professional events. You cant go wrong trusting your floral needs to Blooms!
