We bought an internet $35 FTD bouquet from another state on a Thursday and Wild Strawberry was to fill the order and deliver it the following day, Friday. It DID NOT COME. When I went to cancel my order on Saturday (because the event was over - how do you wish good luck when the event already happened???), magically the delivery guy called the recipients phone at 11:24 am and again at 12:18 on Saturday afternoon. THEN WAIT!!! There is a knock on the door around 12:25. WOW! Nothing but lies and excuses as to why the flowers didnt come the day before. Everything from "didnt know the building existed, to Ive been calling the number over and over". I DONT THINK SO!!! Have phone records to prove it! Not to mention, the $35 bouquet consisted of 2 carnations, 1 sprig of filler flower, and a mess of greens. RIP OFF!!!!!!!! Arent FTD orders suppose to look something like the picture? Yes, I got a refund from FTD but the owner of this shop had nothing but more excuses than the delivery driver when I called with my concerns. She even tried to say the address was wrong. ?! There are plenty of other reputable florists in the area. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Jonathan Teslins flowers were ordered in the middle of our snowstorm. We notified him of the ice/snow and unintentionally had to delay delivery. We apologized for the inconvenience and delivered when weather permitted. Kathy Brems- The delivery driver does not have a dog nor does the owner and hasnt taken a dog to the park in years. Ive tripled checked our orders the last year - and have not found your order. If you would like to speak with us about this - please call. Marie Everson- is an angry fired employee who stole from our shop, wishing death upon someone isnt very nice. Patrizia Boden- We specified that Orchids are only available in certain colors, and we would get as similar as possible if your desired color was not available. Orchids are never "accessorized". Orchids are beautiful the way they are.

When I called today to order flowers and I was very clear purple/red and I asked to add white flowers. The receiver just sent me a picture of what they got and there are tiny tiny fillers steams that "maybe" white but I cant tell. I asked for Purple & Red & White flowers. In the picture you really can only see Purple & Red with lots of filler ie greenery steams. There is mostly filler steams with just a few purple and red flowers and not very well arranged. My 13 year old granddaughter arranges flowers better than this. Im very disappointed to say the least and $35 + $9 del for this?? I would not recommend this florist. Note: I felt very rushed on the phone when placing the order, it seemed she was in a hurry to hang up. Customer Service and Presentation is EVERYTHING !!

My husband never send =s me flowers BUT yesterday was my special birthday and so he ordered flowers and chocolates BUT firstly, my name was spelt wrong, and the card said a different name from my husbands!!! The flowers that my husband ordered were about half the size it was to be and NO yes I said NO chocolates were delivered. Of course my husband called and OH they said were sorry we will deliver tomorrow! WHAT that is just wrong. This kind of service and a dont give a care attitude is not good customer service.. Topper is when he called person said the delivery person was busy BUT my husband saw her at the park with her dog. Hmmm doesnt sound that busy. I will probably never get flowers again.

WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE TO GO!!!! THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE SO FRIENDLY AND NICE AND COMPASSIONATE!!!! I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME WITH F.T.D. AND OTHER WIRING SERVICES BUT AFTER I TALKED TO THEM DIRECTLY AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT IF YOU ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THE FLORIST ANYWHERE YOU WILL HAVE MUCH BETTER LUCK AND BOY DID I!!! BEAUTIFUL FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS, WONDERFUL PEOPLE, ALL AROUND WONDERFUL!!! I HAVE BEEN GETTING ALL MY FLOWERS FROM THERE AND WILL DO SO FOR AS LONG AS I CAN!!! THANK YOU WILD STRAWBERRY STAFF!!!!!!

This is a hole in the woods. Dont go here. All their floral arrangements smell moldy and disgusting. The owner needs to finally die and they need a new staff to brighten the place up. Its so dark and gloomy in here - perfect to schedule a funeral visit - but you will be the one who wants to die.

Ordered an orchid for a friends "special" birthday. Described exactly what type/colour I wanted. The EXACT OPPOSITE was delivered. No imagination with accessorizing either. Terrible florist!
