My wife and I have been to this gun shop twice. Both times we had an excellent transaction with great customer service. Bill and Wes went out of their way to help us. I bought a Glock 20 for my birthday and had never owned one before. Both Bill and Wes demonstrated how to field strip it. Months later I went there to pick out a Browning Buckmark for my son in law. once again we had excellent and speedy service and a very fair price. We live north of Salem so this is a bit of a trek, even so the price i paid for both guns was at least equal to the best price i could find on the internet and better than any local big box gunstore. add into that no shipping fees (as there would have been with an internet sale shipped to a local FFL) and these were very good deals. This shop has become my go to place for firearms.

Wish I could give a negative rating. Had a gun ordered in and they were way wrong about the delivery time, by about 5 days! super disrespectful, more concerned about the sale than the customer. Initially told me they would match prices (which is good cause they are expensive) but then when it was time to pick up they flat out refused to match wholesale sports who was about $30 cheaper, acted like i was a jerk for even asking. Last time they ever get my money, which is too bad as I like to support small businesses, but Wes is too big of a jackass to do business with

I see the good and bad reviews on here. I would assume the bad would be because they seem to busy all the time. If you have a bad phone call it is because they have 5 people they are helping. Great guns at great prices! Make sure if you are looking at scopes to ask for someone with a bunch of knowledge on them. Not everyone knows scopes well: ) I had a problem with a scope I bought there and the owner Joanne helped me out by giving me store credit for it even though it had two small spots on it from mounting. Very fair of her and I am happy as can be!!

I have been going here for over 6 years now, and I have introduced several friends to what I think is the best gun store in the valley. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are also happy to see younger shooters and give tips to those just starting out. These guys have a lot of knowledge and they are always willing to talk with you. If they dont have what you need in stock they will order it for you. They have consistently had good prices on guns and gear - Often they beat the best prices I see at local gun shows.

These guys really know what they are talking about and love to share stories with you. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bill was great and really helped in a way that wasnt pushing the sale of a gun, but just general good things to know before buying a gun. I gladly purchased from them once I made up my mind. Lots of great accessories as well.

Wes & Bill are a great source of knowledge in all aspects of firearms and have been the first gunshop I call when seeking out a specific firearm. Very friendly and accomodating every time I frequent their shop. Great customer service with prices that beat consistently competitors, hands down!

Friendly staff helped me select my first 1911 45. Went with a Springfield :) The inventory is outstanding and pricing really cant be beat. Ive bought two firearms from this shop now. Although its over an hour from where I live, Ill have a hard time buying anything anywhere else.

A coworker highly recommended this shop. Called this morning to ask about trading my Beretta for something more compact. The gentleman on the phone seemed disinterested and was not very helpful. I am glad I called before making the 30 mile drive. Very disappointing.

Be aware they charge $50 (+10$ state fee, so $60 total) for a FFL transfer. This is 2x as much as everyone else! Owner also seemed miffed that I was able to get a gun for $150 less than what he was selling for. I wont be back.
