Awesome customer service! My family and I were vacationing recently for the 4th of July. We realized very quickly that the water was a bit colder than California and needed wet suits so the kids didnt freeze in the water. Dennis was great at getting us set up with rentals for the kids for the next few days. When I returned to rent for the rest of our stay, the next clerk (sorry didnt catch his name but was wearing a wrist splint at the time) did an amazing job hooking us up. Instead of letting me spend basically as much money renting for the next several days, I ended up purchasing 3 wet suits (one for me:), booties, and 2 new boards. I applaud this shop for looking past the easy rental money and working with me to buy our own stuff for as much or actually less money! They definitely have won over now loyal customers that will definitely be returning next time we are in town.

Dennis, the owner is the man! When going to buy my new board and wetsuit he let me test out his personal board twice for free before comitting to buying one of my own! Very knowledable! He educates his prospective clients to make an informed decision instead of hard selling you into buying gear that isnt right for you. Very cool looking shop as well! Highly recommened! There is no other place to get info or gear on the north coast! I love my new board and wetsuit!

Hands down, the best shop in town. I really like that they demo, sell and work close with Shuler, one of the local board sharpers. Dennis, the owner is super nice and likes helping people out. I love seeing a shop where the owner is working it and vested in the experience of his customer. Plus...everyone there likes to surf and they are not pretentious about it.
