I bought a surfboard from Cleanline in late November, and drove down from Vancouver, BC over New Years to pick it up, and also grabbed a wetsuit there during the process. These guys were TOP NOTCH when it came to customer service. Lots of really helpful tips and advice to make sure I got what I was looking for. This was the case from the initial online advice during the purchase of the board, and while there and trying to pick out the right wetsuit. All staff members were very informative, friendly and helpful, and the hot cider on offer helped to warm me up! I will recommend this place to any of my friend, and I will always pop back in whenever Im in town. Thanks guys, youre the best!!

I live in SF and regularly get gear through Cleanline. I HIGHLY recommend getting everything surf related through these guys if you dont get your equipment from a local shop. Shipping is super fast - returns are fast and simple. The customer service experience is phenomenal. They are genuinely interested in your experience and making sure you get the right equipment. If you are looking for people who are stoked on getting you setup correctly then look no further. This is hands down one of the best online storefronts across all industries Ive ever bought something from, period.

I bought my first longboard and wetsuit setup here last Saturday. Everyone was extremely helpful given my tight budget. I worked with Dave and Josh and was able to walk away stoked with some great gear. My friend and I then had a great surf session at one of the local spots. I want to thank everyone at Cleanline and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for gear. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, and, buying local if you live in the NW area helps support the local economy and people. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area.

Im and East Coast guy so Ive never visited their shop, but I can tell you that their online ordering is second to none. I picked up a winter 5/4 fullsuit at a great price and shipping was reasonably fast. What really impressed me was that I opened the box to find a receipt with a hand written note from Josh, and a small baggie of extras with some wax, stickers and some other goodies. Needless to say you wont get that kind of thing from Amazon. I used to use wetsuit wharehouse, but these guys are my new first choice.

I moved from my hometown in North County San Diego to the Great Lakes region a year back and ive been missing the ocean since. I finally broke down and ordered a 5/4 from Cleanline so that i could get in the water to swim and surf. My suit showed up quickly, with a handwritten thank you note, some starbursts, stickers, and a free shirt. Could not have asked for a better experience. Every employee we met when we where renting our gear was awesome and very knowledgeable. But upon returning our gear we dealt with a extremely grumpy and rude teenage girl. Im not sure if she was having a bad day, or she hates her job, but either way we will be going to "The Seaside Surf Shop" from now on. Its a shame too because like I said the employees we originally rented from where a fantastic group of gentleman!

Bought a wetsuit from cleanline online and will definitely be supporting this store in the future. Not only was my wetsuit cheaper there than anywhere else, but it showed up with a really nice pipe masters shirt, some quick humps, and some starburst. Ive like Cleanline from the beginning because of the excellent selection and friendly staff, but when I had a warrantee issue and they took care of my hassle free, without receipt and ended up sending my the upgraded version of what I had purchased. I went into Cleanline this summer interested in learning to kiteboard. Josh set me up with the right gear and a local guide for lessons. They have the best staff and are always kind and helpful. Crazy awesome experience with these good folks. I bought a suit that didnt really work out, I got great feedback from them on what may be the issue, but at the end of the day and they were super awesome when the only alternative was to return the suit. They offered me an alternative that was perfect. Yay! Cant say enough good stuff about them!

Great surf shop. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They sell it all; surf, swim, skim, skate, and apparel. I bought a skimboard there, they want the extra step and cleaned the tags off and pointed me toward the right location. Prices are competitive. Ive been 3 times now and have been equally happy every time.

It arrived in New Hampshire within a week, was packed really really well, and also came with stickers and some Starburst candies and a nice handwritten note.
