Horrible customer service! I just went through this Dutch Bros and they messed up my drink by putting coconut and pomegranate on top. I told them that wasnt what I ordered, they took my drink back mixed in the coconut and pomegranate and put a different lid on it right in front of me! What the hell?! Do I look like an idiot. It was way too sweet and not what I ordered! I wont be going back.

The workers always want to know how youre doing and about your day, plus some of the employees will try to give you some level headed advice while the other half makes you crack up laughing from something they did. Dont know what to order? You can always ask for all of their favorites and choose from there, and last but not least they usually have the greatest hits playing

Yes, in my world coffee is food. This company is the only place where I can get good coffee. EVERYWHERE else has weak brown water- eww. The only Thing I can be peeved about is that my boyfriend gets cheaper coffee...go figure! But Im not complaining.
