Mostly bad experiences. Depending on how busy they are depends on how they treat your coffee. For example if I drive up early in the morning and no one is there they have to make my latte on the spot and its usually pretty decent. Since its a popular coffee stop that rarely happens. I dont mind waiting in a long line but I do mind when they dont steam my milk and its warm at best? I know the issue here is me, its just a "hire hot girls, make every latte with half and half and extra sugar" place, I guess I was just hoping for a bit more consistency.

This is my go to "on my way to work" coffee stop. They provide higher quality coffee than Starbuck at about the same price. They dont offer plain coffee but instead Americanos. My typical iced americano with vanilla gets me through my work day with plenty of energy. My only complaint is that even though I ask for a tiny bit of cream I still get way too much cream even for a standard amount. Most times I just pour some out and top it off with coffee at work to avoid a stomach ache. The drive through is great and the workers are quick.

Great drinks... when the orders are correct! Usually great service - but hit or miss as of late. Ordered a couple of hot chocolates for the kids and we received cold chocolate milk. They corrected the mistake but neglected to apologize or offer to give us the drinks on the house. End of the world? No. Lacking service training? Yes. Overall a great coffee spot. Try the Jackhammer!

I discovered Black Rock on 185th out of conveinience... but they have now spoiled me. I can no longer drink Starbucks without saying "man, I wish this were a blackrock coffee!" Finally, a fast coffee stand that still BREWS coffee....none of that watered down crap. The staff is the best and have great memories for all their regulars. You cant go wrong here. LOVE THEM!

So I locked my keys and phone in my car in 100 degree weather. Had my 2 yr old and 10 month old with me. Best staff. Blake and Leaha brought us waters and smoothies and let me use their cell phone. Little did I know they were calling triple A after I did. They came over to update me on how long they would take. These girls deserve a raise! Sweetest staff

The deliciosity of the beverages is exceeded only by the always friendly smiling baristas... my mouth is watering just thinking of the awesome coffee creations. Also, they have coconut syrup! Love it! I wish there were more Black Rock locations and less *bux! Keep rocking :-D

Who doesnt love a neighborhood coffee place. You cant exactly hang out here since its a drive though kiosk but the coffee is amazing and the group that works here is super friendly. If you like sweet coffee drinks, this place is for you. #GoogleCityExpert #PDXCityExperts

Great place for that good ol cup of Joe. SMooth! I like the bite of Starbucks though. I want my coffee to bite me back. But, this coffee was a "runner up" to Starbucks...which is preety good in my book. Liked the feel of the place though. Ill be BACK!

Snotty & EXTREMELY RUDE & STUCK UP employees... VERY DISAPPOINTED & embarrassed for the owners if thats the type of employees they choose to run their shops. They must not mind bc its more than 2of their employees so couldnt be just a coincidence......

This is my "go to" spot for coffee. The staff are professional and have excellent memories. There has to be at least 10 people who rotate there, and they all know my order and have an easy smile with great concersation.

Pretty good coffee, would have liked to see it less busy or with more employees to handle the rush. In a parking lot so its a good place to sit in your car with your favorite cup and have a conversation!

The coffee is great, but it can be a little difficult to get in and out of this location if traffic is heavy. Plan your visit carefully if you are stopping on your morning commute and are short on time.

On the expensive side but they know their audience. Really good, brandable, coffees served by very attractive and fun employees with attitude. You know what youre getting so you keep going back.

The girls that work here are dumber then a box of rocks. But hey at least they are hot. The coffee is alright. When it comes to tiny coffee drive through huts with hot girls i prefer dutch bros

I love the freshness of the coffee! They are always super fast and the employees are super nice. My husband and I are a regular and we wouldnt go to any other coffee stand to start my morning!

Check the location before going as some are just drive-throughs; however there is usually a side window for pedestrian traffic. No covered seating area. I got a Mocha - it was ok at best.

Im not really a coffee drinker but wife is and she loves Black Rock. When a little coffee joint brings a smile to my lovely wifes face I cant help but give it 5 stars. Thanks Black Rock!

I love this place because its the only one open before 6 am on my commute. 95% of the time the coffee is on point and the girls are always friendly. I wouldnt complain about that.

this place is great. love there coffee and there friendly team that remembers the way we like our drinks. we get sugar free nonfat drinks that starbucks cant make but they can!

Wonderful service, very quick and delicious coffee. I love the Jackhammer. Just moved to the area and this is the closest stand to my house, and that makes me very happy.

Had a sip or 2--3--4--5 then I was hooked. The first sip was strong, left you wanting another sip and another,another. Now I need to get some beans and try it at home..
