Every barista here is lovely, delightful, and charming. Except for Matt. This guy is horrible, rude, and has a very negative attitude. Every time he makes my drink its messed up and when I ask him to remake it he is very condescending. I took my mom here on Mothers Day. He messed up her drink by adding in a sweetener that she is allergic to that can cause her to have seizures and be life threatening. This was after I said 3 times to make sure he put in equal sweetener. We could tell he put in the wrong sweetener and I go up to have him remake it...30 minutes later he still hasnt made it. I ask him again about it and I am ignored and when I speak up to get his attention he verbally disrespects me. I cannot believe the management still keeps this guy working here. However, today, I learned that the management here supports this horrible behavior. I asked to speak to the manager today after Matt gave me a drink that was 3/4 fill since he was extremely rude when I asked him to remake it. I explain to the manager how he has treated me. The manager (woman, black hair with glasses...who must have just been promoted to manager because I know the manager there personally... my family has been going to this Starbucks 2-3 times a week for 8 years) asks Matt if he can be civil. He says no and told her in front of me that I was very rude. I did not get an apology. After this upsetting interaction which was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I wanted my drink refunded because I could not enjoy it. Guess what? The manager says she can only reimburse me 75% of what I paid for the drink. I literally paid $2 to get abused and they took my drink from me. You know what was the icing on the cake? The manager told me that I was too hard to please and that they cant keep remaking me drinks.... Even if they cannot add in the right sweetener so my mother doesnt die...or if they dont fill up a drink all the way. I have never been treated so poorly...never had such disgusting customer service. Most of the employees know me and my family by name...I had been coming here for 8 years...every Sunday before church and a couple times during the week. This was where my family and I spent some quality time together. Now? I will NEVER go into this starbucks again in my entire life. Even if the rude barista Matt is fired, which any right-minded supervisor would do instantly after witnessing the interactions between me and him (refusing to apologizing and make things right...which mind you is what they train you in customer service at starbucks....trust me I would know I have worked at Starbucks for 5 years)... Like I said my family and I will never come back. I will be letting everyone in church and my friends about this incident and tell them to never go there. Go across the street to the starbucks thats a drive through. The baristas there are lovely and are capable enough to put 3 equals in a drink.

I love going to Starbucks Coffee Shop in Hillsboro because of my depression and anxiety about being homeless Christian fiancee right now that I invited many people to attend Solid Rock Church and camping trips in the past few months because of the emotional abuse of Chris Key that I had to put a restraining order against Chris Key and several other people as well. They also have Barnes and Noble next door as well.

I go here almost everyday for my daily coffee fix. This location is great. They always get my order right and are very fast and friendly. The other reviews on here surprise me because they are for things that the company cannot change. It is not their fault a rowdy teenage group came in that used curse words. The staff is great here and it is the only starbucks that I go to in the area.

This coffee house was my go to for many years. Anytime I needed a tea or coffee, Id come here and visit with other regulars. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the crowd is sophisticated enough for this coffee place to be part time community center. I dont know that Ill continue to go all my life, but I will always remember this corner spot.

Theres no doubt that the staffs are so friendly but I have a complaint about the atmosphere. There are some sofa placed in that Starbucks at one corner. That corner has become a place for homeless people and it stinks so bad. I cant even imagine of sitting on those sofa anymore because how awfully it stinks.

Continuing with Starbucks Coffee this morning, with my birthday gift card I got from my dad. (Toasted Coconut, cold brew). This is one of my favorite starbucks to go to, even though, its probably always the busiest. Its right next door to Barnes & Noble bookstore.

I was pleased that the music was not so loud as to break concentration or disrupt conversation. Dutch Bros is always blasting the damn music and i love em but guys its 8 a.m. and youre already full tilt on some edm/pop track. Starbucks is fine though.

Was here at 16:00 on a Saturday. Nice and quiet for a typical Starbucks. Staff is friendly. Service is fast. Nice and cool air inside. Good selection of sandwiches available for a quick bite.

A nice Starbucks location that I often use for meetings. There are plugs every few feet on the windowsills and the seating is spacious. The staff are friendly and quickly prepare your order.

This is a neat little Starbucks that has, unfortunately, grown greatly in popularity. This location is always full while the one just down the street is much better to sit down and relax.
