My sister got a salted Carmel mocha, and it has a super long hair in it. She was disgusted, it even made me feel like throwing up. I drove all the way back to Safeway to get a refund, and they made the same coffee again, but without the hair. I asked for a small stores coffee as compensation for making me drive all the way back and they said the couldnt do that. I then waited in line for 20 minutes (I timed it) and when I finally got the coffee, their was almost no Carmel on top. Unless this place gives me a free coffee, I will keep this review. I do not recommend this place. My sister bought the coffee on May 9th at 3:30.

Employees are kind and welcoming. Coffee is generally good, but they sometimes dont get your order correctly. Asked for an iced vanilla latte and got iced coffee. No vanilla and they werent clear with what they meant when they asked if I wanted cream. When you ask for a vanilla LATTE, youd think they would make that.
