I went in here kinda nervous because I recently turned 18 and no one likes to be the amateur. It was the most amazing experience. I told the guy that I just was entering the cigar world. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to the cigar that fit me best. It was quick and easy and it was an excellent cigar. Would come here every time if for tobacco needs.

Unfortunately every single stick Ive purchased from here reeks of stale cigar smoke :( so I am forced to go elsewhere. There is literally a smoking lounge next door that I think they own so why taint the fresh cigars that customers are trying to buy and age? Customer service is definitely lacking as well Selection is pretty good though so 2 stars.

Im a beginner when it comes to cigars but Brock helped me find three cigars that were within my budget yet still had the quality I needed to impress a cigar smoking friend. This place has it all, as far as cigars go. A great selection, a friendly, knowledgeable and extremely passionate staff and a great lounge to boot. I cant wait to go back.

They have a massive selection of cigars, there staff is very well educated and extremely willing to help you find the perfect cigar. Their lounge / smoke room is very spacious and inviting to relax and enjoy yourself and entertain friends. In Portland this is definitely one of the better Cigar establishments.

I love heading into Cascade. The guys are always helpful and very knowledgeable. Great selection of pipe tobacco, pipes, and cigars. The main shop has a few chairs to sit and smoke in, as well as a TV to watch, and theres a separate lounge for those 21 and over to enjoy. Cascade is an awesome shop!

This is a great place to go for pipe tobacco. I especially love the Mt. Tabor blend. The inside of this place is a little sparse and intimidating, every time Ive been in, Fox News has been playing on the indoor TV. They have an amazing selection of cigars, but a smaller selection of pipe tobacco.

Fantastic selection of Cigars and Tobacco with absolutely fair prices. The customer service phenomenal, they can answer any question you have without hesitation! The lounge is very sporty with an old school feel, all around great shop 5/5 Stars!! BEST SHOP I HAVE BEEN TO!

Awesome selection of cigars within their giant walk-in humidor. I can usually find what Im looking for except of the occasional boutique brand. Their lounge area is a good size but I have never felt all that comfortable hanging out and smoking in there.

Best darn cigar store in the state! Walk in humidor assured to have the best selection of smokes available in Portland. Pipe tobaccos and smoke supplies are plentiful and reasonably priced. Lounge available to sit down and watch games and smoke.

I came to cascade brand new to the world of cigars. Their staff helped me get started and I plan to continue to go there. The only complaint I have is Ive noticed they will run out of a certain cigar and it can take them weeks to replace them.

If your a OpusX fan Cascade is a must, they also get Liga Privada Unicos quite regularly...also the best lounge in the state of Oregon! Huge & comfortable!
