I had some communication issues at first, with the 888 number. I received a call from customer service as soon as the problem was fixed. I talked to a Wulf Mod Customer Service Representative, and received excellent service. I had bought a Wulf Mod LX and had an issue with the mouthpiece. I thought I only had a 90 day warranty, but was advised I actually have a life-time warranty on my vaporizer. I was also given advice regarding using the device and keeping it from cracking again. Funny thing, I didnt know you could heat up the device without the mouthpiece on. And you should only put on the mouthpiece when you are ready to smoke. Very good to know! Thank you for your help Wulf Mods! I love your digital vaporizer. I have my setting, and a setting for my friends when they come over. As a medical marijuana patient with asthma issues, using a vaporizer is just more sensible for me. I will gladly suggest this product to all my friends.

Do NOT spend your money here!! I spent perfectly good cash at this place on a disposable torch, which, when I took it home and filled it, did not work at all!! I called to see about exchanging it not even 20 min later and was told there are no exchanges!! So apparently they like to sell faulty products that dont work and refuse to replace them!! I am beyond upset about this situation! I now have to wait for management to contact me so I can at least make a formal complaint against the idiot that didnt check it 1st and see if they will make an exception! Im a single mother and cant afford to just throw money in the garbage! I expected to recieve an item that works!

Best Vape shop. Not all the employees are hardcore vapors, but they are all pretty knowledeable about there inventory and they have to be the FRIENDLIEST group of people I have ever dealt with at a single establishment. Most of all they have the BEST PRICES of anyother shop I have been to. Huge invetory of a wide range of stuff as well. The only shop I will goto anymore.

Wow best shop in Gresham . Thier customer Service great and their oil rigs and water pipe Prices are affordable. They do have a lot of verity of oil rigs and water pipe and hand pipe. And I bought a box mods and a 2 batteries , A bottles of 30 mil juice and coils for $90 :). Highley recommend
