I wish I could give this place NO STARS. I have written well worded complaints that tried to get them to understand that produce I have bought from them was rotten more times than once and that their customer service is atrocious with wait times in the store always being way too long. Well now I will never go back after several times I have attempted to get my medications from them only to have to wait a week or more. With the meds I take I cant wait even one day. I can die or go into seizures. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a store and a shame because Ive shopped at Safeway for years. Coquille is the only store Ive ever had an issue with. I lived in Bend for 15 years and NEVER ever had to wait for meds more than a day. Someone should be losing their job

This is, according to one employee, the smallest Safeway in the continental US. The staff is super friendly and they have shoe horned most services into a tiny space. Has only one entrance. Manager Tony bend over backwards to provide excellent service, with a smile.

Bad service, manager/cashier pau... didnt even pay attention to my transaction, was to busy talking with next customer. Took for ever to complete my transaction. If i can avoid shopping here i will.

The isles are very narrow & the area to stand in line is narrow & shoppers cant hardly get by. The selection is bout that great either. Ill be doing most of my shopping in Coos Bay.
