I go there a lot to support the humane society. I also contribute a lot of items. The prices are appropriate for a thrift shop. Its a hit or miss type of thing, sometimes you find something and sometimes you dont. My only complaint is that the senior discount should be automatically applied or ask the customers if they qualify for the discount. Well 8 do have one more complaint: I also think that customer service could be better. No returns.... I can see their point but sometimes it cant be helped. I wouldnt want my money back only a chance to exchange for something else of equal cost would be nice. All in all its one of my go to places whenever Im in town.

Pretty disappointing service from manager "Marcy" today. Came in with my elderly father to buy a china set service for 12. He handed her a $100 bill and asked if there was a senior discount, she snidely responded "Only if you ask before I start the transaction." Really? How bout you offer the discount to the man who is clearly a senior citizen before you ring him up? Or better yet just add the discount when he asked? What a piece of work. We wont be supporting this store anymore, looks like Goodwill right across the street will get our business!

It has affordable prices for some amazing clothes and other nick-nacks. My sister got a beautiful hat and some dresses, my brother got some new sunglasses, and I got a pair of heels and a new dress. We also got some more items, and we had a surprisingly low total ! We would have spent way more if we went to a first hand store.

This is a pretty nice thrift store, the aisles arent cramped, the prices are fair and the selection is eclectic. They sell everything from delicate glass knick-knacks to micriwaves to couches. The employees (or volunteers?) were very nice.

One of my favorite thrift stores in Bend. The store is very organized and good finds are always available. The staff is friendly and helpful This is a large store with a good selection of furniture as well.
