I am visiting my daughter who recently moved to Spokane. We are avid thrifters and this store is close to her home, so we have been there several times throughout my visit. We have yet to be greeted or made to feel welcome in any way, from either end of what I know to be the critical customer service line for resale-retail organizations. As a former customer service consultant and resale owner/manager, I find the staff lacking in skills, enthusiasm and attitude. Check out clerks have been borderline rude, and donation personnel seemed to resent our donation. The fact that this is a Christian organization makes this even more disturbing. For the remainder of my stay, we will be frequenting other stores where our patronage is appreciated.

One word: staff. I used to come here as a kid and still love it. The store is big and they have good prices and good selection. The best part is the staff. Of all the thrift shops and here they have the friendliest staff. Only one person was unfriendly, one time and I think that was the manager. The store has a section up front and on one sidewall that I think is consignment, they have different tags and their own sales that are separate from the stores sale (which they post on a sign inside the store by the cashiers). Overall a great stop to add on your thrift route.

Im sorry. I tried twice. I gathered up a load of NICE things that filled up the back of the Subaru last December, including a crystal parfait set, crystal glasses, and other worthwhile things. Id been donating to ARC for years because of a bad experience at NWCTS. Well. Same thing happened again. The person unloading the stuff was rude and unfriendly, acted like we were bothering them for bringing stuff to them. Ive found another place to take my things.

Just use caution when buying anything that is not clothing. They will not accept returns. I bought a bicycle for my daughter and didnt realize until we got it home that the brakes were missing, ( I know, dumb on my part) but there were also many other issues with it. It shouldnt have been available for sale. They wouldnt take it back. So... Just be more careful than I was when purchasing anything on the expensive end.

Best thrift store in Spokane! 50% off store-wide every other weekend. In between times, there are always 3 colors of tags (that change weekly) that are 50% off, 60% off, and 75% off! Huge selection that turns over quickly so there is always something new to see. Very friendly staff. Clean, great stuff! Overall a great shopping experience and incredibly inexpensive finds!

I was in northwest Christian today around 5pm, I brought up all my items up to the front counter around 530 and asked to use the rest room.. Mind I am 30 weeks pregnant. Pretty huge, and she refused and said it was against policy after 5pm. Absolutely ridiculous they couldnt let an obvious pregnant woman use the restroom. They need to change this "policy"!

This store has a variety of everything you could ever want. The decor section is very well organized and displayed by style. Also, everything in the store is half off on Friday! Its awesome! I loved that the store reused plastic bags from other stores instead of creating their own. Reduce Reuse Recycle!

This store has gone completely downhill since I was last in Spokane. Complete lack of orginization, Im not just saying the clothes werent organized by size or type. I mean stuff just strewn everywhere! It also was SO clutterddit was to the point of claustrophobic. I went looking for records

What I like about this store is that their prices are "thrift store prices." Goodwill, for some strange reason, has most items priced as if they were maybe half-off the new price. For instance, a mans flannel shirt at Nwc Thrift store is $2.99 or $3.99. The same shirt at Goodwill is $9.99.

Absolutely LOVE this store! Typically I find the best deals here! They always have sales. Even the clothing prices without any sales are better priced than anywhere else in town. Without this store, I dont know how I manage to have some of the things my family needs, Thank You!

I like that they always have a few different color tags with discounts on them. This is top of my list for thrift stores in town. They also peridically have %50 everything sales, which is awesome, and I happened to over hear the next one is June 23rd.

This is like a crazy indoor year round yard sale. And 50% off weekend every other weekend is the best. Last time I was in, I found a true vintage kimono style mans robe for my guy and he wears it every night. It was only 6 bucks! Crazy!!

This place may not look like much on the inside, bit the prices are worth stopping in for. They have deals going on most everything...most of the time. Cheap, cheap cheap. Proceeds go to something local and that makes me happy.

Shop here a lot... All the employees are friendly, and they have a 50% off sale every other weekend. This is the cleanest thrift store in Spokane, and its Christian Values are evident in how you are treated. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite thrift store! Every day they have a sale for 50, 60 and 70% off certain color tags. Also every other weekend everything in the store is 50% off! Definitely well worth it.

Just like any thrift store. Your odd collection of items that somebody did not need anymore but is waiting for your enjoyment. Nothing special here but the get the job done.

Big and unique thrift store. Good prices, well organized and the little "shop within the store" of higher priced, really nice things, is a great addition.

I came in with my 3 year old daughter, and was stared down by the cashiers on our way in. No hello. Nothing. Just uncomfortable stares. Wont be returning.

Has many different items available to buy. Secondhand items. Prices can vary from cheap to overpriced. However, you can find great bargains here.

What it says on the box isnt what is in the box...no returns. I wont be coming back. Not to mention the smirking, smart ass security guard..

Big store but none of their clothes are sorted by size. Good luck finding your size.
